Woman Uses Steak Knives to Hack Moms Head Off After She Does THIS

When you think about someone who uses steak knives regularly, you probably think that they are a whiz in the kitchen. Unfortunately, in this particular incident that wasn’t the case. A Kansas woman recently received a life sentence due to her using steak knives to hack her ex-boyfriend’s mother’s head off. She used two large steak knives for this grisly deed, and then she left the woman’s head in her kitchen sink.

Rachael Hilyard is a Wichita woman who has been sentenced by the courts to this life term because she killed and dismembered Micki Davis, 63. The courts determined that this grotesque homicide was premeditated as well.

The sentencing stems from an April 9, 2017 incident where the homicide victim went to the ex-girlfriend’s house after she had broken up with the woman’s son. Micki Davis was with her nine-year-old grandson, and after the verbal confrontation started he ran for help. Unfortunately, Davis was decapitated while the grandson was gone.

After the authorities arrived, they immediately discovered that the victim’s headless body was lying in a pool of blood in the garage. The head was still in the kitchen sink while the police were clearing the crime scene.

Members of the Davis family either attended the hearing in person or via Zoom call. Hilyard apologized for her barbaric actions, saying she felt regret for using the steak knife on the woman and that the death penalty was “too good for her.”

Jeremy Rush was with Davis when the incident happened. “Mom said that hate is the worst thing to say to anyone,” he said. “Mom would scold me for saying it.” Still, Jeremy expressed a lot of anger and naturally he was having a difficult time containing it.

On the other hand, Jacona Gillespie is the daughter of Hilyard, and she had some terrible things to say about the victim as well. She called the victim “a monster, and someone who terrified her son and her entire family.” However, she also admitted that the beheading with steak knives was a very selfish act.

Defense attorneys for Hilyard tried to bring up that she had recently suffered a head injury, but Judge Bruce Brown said that her mental state did not absolve her.

Hilyard was ultimately found guilty of the crime last February, and she was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole in 50 years. What do YOU think of a woman such as Rachael Hilyard, who uses steak knives to do such a monstrous deed? Feel free to share your comments below!

Hundreds Arrested in Major Sting Operation

operation triple beam

The U.S. Marshals Service has announced that a 60 day anti-gang crime operation in and around Oklahoma City ended with the arrest of 262 suspects, and the recovery of five missing children.

According to a news release by the U.S. Marshals Service, ‘Operation Triple Beam’ ended September 6th, and resulted in the arrests of six homicide suspects, 21 burglary suspects, 21 assault suspects, 57 drug offense suspects, and 88 weapons offense suspects. Five missing children were also located and recovered.

Law enforcement officers involved in the operation also seized 72 firearms, close to 20 pounds of narcotics, and nearly $17,000 in currency.

“Operation Triple Beam OKC was a targeted enforcement initiative by the Marshals and their partners to address violent crime in and around Oklahoma City. Our primary goal with operations like OTB is to make communities safer.

When we arrest these violent fugitives, we are also removing guns and narcotics from our streets. We believe these efforts have an immediate, positive impact on the communities we serve,” U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Oklahoma Johnny Kuhlman said in a statement.

Previous Operations

This comes shortly after multiple successful law enforcement operations such as Georgia’s ‘Operation Not Forgotten’, which rescued 39 endangered children, Ohio’s ‘Operation Safety Net’, which led to the discovery of 25 children, Arizona’s ‘Operation Home Alone 2’, which arrested five people for luring a minor for sexual exploitation, and ‘Operation Legend’, in which 2,500 people throughout the country have been arrested for a variety of crimes.

“When we track down fugitives, it’s a good feeling to know that we’re putting the bad guy behind bars. But that sense of accomplishment is nothing compared to finding a missing child.

It’s hard to put into words what we feel when we rescue a missing child, but I can tell you that this operation has impacted every single one of us out here. We are working to protect them and get them the help they need,” the U.S. Marshals Service said.

“These are kids that have been abused, neglected. Some involved in human trafficking. Sometimes the situations they—they go to, believe it or not, may be better than the situations they left from… We’ve had some cases where the mother and or father, or both, may have been prostituting their own child” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott stated.

Portland Rioters Threaten Homes: ‘Come Out, into Streets,’ ‘Stolen Land, Stolen People’

Weeks after city and state officials and Democrats claimed additional federal officers deployed to Portland to protect federal property had caused peaceful protests to become violent, and so the extra personnel pulled back, the riots and destruction have grown, according to numerous media and observer reports on Friday and Saturday.

Oregon Live reported on the rise in violence by Antifa protesters:

The Portland Police Bureau has declared a riot 18 times since the late May death of George Floyd, a Black man killed by Minneapolis police, according to figures released by the agency this week.

Nine of those instances have occurred since the beginning of August, including four in the past seven days.

In August, violent clashes and vandalism have unfurled in almost every section of the city and dominated many of the nightly actions.

A group of about 200 people, dressed mostly in black and masked, rioted in Northeast Portland in residential areas where they pointed lights into the windows of homes and chanted “Out of your house, into the streets.”

“What Lives Matter? Black Lives Matter! Black Lives Matter,” the crowd chanted, embracing the idea that land in the United States was stolen from Native Americans.

KATU reported on the violence on Friday night:

According to Police, over the next three hours, individuals in the crowd pelted the police vehicles with softball-sized rocks, glass bottles, golf balls, ball bearings, metal railroad spikes, and plastic eggs filled with paint. Police said there were also balloons filled with feces thrown on the cars and even a torn up street sign was used to vandalize the marked police cars. Windows were broken and tires were deflated.

The Portland Police issued a statement on Saturday that said, in part:

The officers were targeted by thrown bottles, eggs, and green lasers toward their eyes. The lasers are powerful enough that they’re capable of causing serious, permanent eye damage. The police sound truck issued further warnings, notifying the crowd that officers have observed people in the area of North Precinct throwing projectiles and pointing lasers at officers. Anyone who is involved in criminal behavior including throwing projectiles and/or laser pointing, is subject to arrest, citation and/or use of force, including, but not limited to, crowd control agents and impact weapons.

Despite warnings, individuals in the crowd continued throwing things. Officers tried to retreat out of sight to attempt to deescalate. There were also balloons filled with feces thrown on the cars and even a torn up street sign was used to vandalize the marked police cars. Windows were broken and tires were deflated.

Nine people were arrested, police said, and their names were made public.
