Conservative Firebrand Demands Media Megaliths Cough Up Answers

Conservative Firebrand Demands Media Megaliths Cough Up Answers

Conservative Ohio firebrand Jim Jordan is being described as “a driving force” behind the move by House Republicans to dig deep into the misdeeds of media megaliths like Facebook and Twitter. His Judiciary Committee members are just the folks to do it. They’re making a good long list of things they want social platform CEO’s to cough up answers to.

Conservative takes charge

Jim Jordan is firmly in charge of his committee’s conservative faction and expected to take over as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee after November. That has Democrats scrambling to diffuse as much as they can of his intended agenda.

Along with a flurry of subpoenas going out to bigwigs at the giant media companies will be some articles of impeachment. The whole fiasco swirls around Hunter Biden and his loathsome laptop.

Not content with making billions through borderline invasion of privacy and behavior modification to drive the spending habits of users, all the social media platforms conspired together in a web of Deep State censorship.

Conservative Americans are demanding to know how they got away with concealing “the bombshell Hunter Biden laptop story months before the 2020 presidential election.” Jordan and his crew are getting extra-aggressive about gathering the answers.

A testy letter from the conservative committee members demands to know what authority Twitter and Facebook used when they “suppressed an explosive New York Post article.

The heavy duty one “detailing how Hunter Biden used the position and influence of his father, now-President Biden, for personal gain, with the apparent awareness of [alleged] President Biden.

Ban every mention

Thought police at the social media megaliths took it upon themselves to ban all the posts they could identify “mentioning allegations concerning Hunter Biden originating from published reports by the New York Post.

All those reports have since been verified as accurate. Conservative lawmaker Jordan told local press on Thursday, March 31, the move “left many to question if the overreach interfered with first amendment rights.

Not only did they directly influence the outcome of the election by hiding the truth, they used the Constitution for toilet paper. The committee sent copies of their demands to Meta-Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.

In their letter, the conservative watchdogs “requested documents and communications behind the decision to curb the article’s circulation.” They also want to know each and every one of the company’s policies which the article violated in October of 2020.

Joe Biden’s ability to finish his term, is on the line. Not only that, criminal charges could be filed on Hunter, Joe and other Biden family members.

Hunter’s “foreign business dealings were first reported in a September 2020 report from Senate Republicans but have been gaining traction in recent days as media outlets like The Washington Post and The New York Times have authenticated thousands of emails.” Only conservative Americans care about that. Democrats can’t handle the truth.

Biden Makes Big Promises in Brussels – Keeping Them Another Story

Biden Makes Big Promises in Brussels – Keeping Them Another Story

Joe Biden couldn’t wait to get out of the beltway. He would much rather be surrounded by NATO delegates than We the People. In an attempt to boost his plummeting poll numbers, without further angering Xi Jinping, he promised to take in “100,000 Ukrainians and other displaced people fleeing the conflict.” Even in Brussels they don’t believe him. The president of Lutheran Immigration Refugee Services “had questions about how it will happen.

Biden offers sanctuary

NATO and the G-7 delegates, including Joe Biden, met on Thursday, March 24, for an “emergency” conference to kick around the invasion of Ukraine. NATO has their HQ in Brussels so hosted the event. The big topic of conversation was “plans to bolster troop rotations in countries along the southern portion of its eastern flank.” They also need some “contingency plans” in case Vladimir Putin escalates the madness.

We are determined to continue to impose costs on Russia to bring about the end of this brutal war,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declared at the start of the meeting. Hanging over the conference table was the specter of “chemical, biological or nuclear weapons” being used by Russia.

NATO allies have been speaking with one voice so far in their response to Russia’s invasion. Biden says his handlers told him his job was “to ensure we stay united, to cement our collective resolve, to send a powerful message that we are prepared and committed to this for as long as it takes.” They copied that from something said at the People’s Convoy encampment in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Joe didn’t actually say that. The palace wanted to make sure it was stated properly, so National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said it.

Already, over 3.5 million Ukrainians have escaped into neighboring nations. American officials are hoping “most will want to stay in Europe so they can return to Ukraine when it’s safe.” Even so, “the United States will welcome up to 100,000 Ukrainians and other displaced people fleeing the conflict.” Oh, really? NATO insiders inquire.

Krish O’Mara Vignarajah is president of the Lutheran Immigration Refugee Services. She wants to know how Biden can promise that. Especially, when we have such a backlog on our southern border. Not to mention all the other displaced refugees from every arc of the planet. “Will the administration surge staff and resources to address backlogs that have plagued our immigration system for years? Will it use humanitarian parole authority to move Ukrainians to safety quicker? And if so, to what extent?

Throw money at it

Biden also promises to throw money at the problem, “announcing $1 billion in new funding for humanitarian aid.” It will be specifically earmarked for “Ukrainians and refugees in neighboring countries.” Inflation? What inflation? A billion bucks is something Uncle Sam keeps around for pocket money. He also promised “$11 billion for global food security since Ukraine’s wheat production will be cut because of the war.” Without the money folks in the Middle East and Northern Africa will starve.

The Treasury Department will go ahead and print up an extra $320 million destined for “a European democracy resiliency program, including efforts to document and preserve evidence of potential war crimes in the Ukraine conflict, and to help countries such as Moldova.

Friday’s itinerary calls for Biden jetting over to Warsaw. The plan is a meeting with Polish President Andrzej Duda. He’s also going to visit our troops there, who are sitting on their hands doing not much, when they could be fighting Russians.

The problem with that is it would mean the official start of World War III. As long as we don’t fight, nobody can call it a war. The U.S. administration plans to crack down on sales of Russian gold instead.

Sanctions were instantly rolled out, as expected by the Kremlin. They were ready for it, having previously been hoarding gold reserves. Russia’s central bank is sitting on tons of the stuff. That’s why on Thursday, “the G-7 countries and the European Union explicitly blocked these sales.

Biden slapped new sanctions “on more than 300 members of the Russian Duma, more than 40 Russian defense companies, and on a handful of Russian elites.” That should stop the tanks. Ukrainian President appeared on video link to beg for “increased security assistance from the West.” He gave up on asking for a no-fly zone.

Russian Commander Brutally Killed By Own Troops

Russian Commander Brutally Killed By Own Troops

Russian brigade commander Colonel Yuri Medvedev has died, Ukrainian officials report, “after being run down with a tank by his own mutinous troops.” He was “brutally taken out after his 37th Motor Rifle Brigade suffered huge losses.”

Commander ‘fragged’ with a tank

Unpopular officers have a tendency to get eliminated by their own troops. It happens so often that there’s a word for it. “fragged.” That derived from the popular practice of tossing a fragmentation grenade at the loser-in-charge.

This time they used a tank on the brigade commander because it was convenient. The Russians also lost a lieutenant general commanding the 49th Combined Arms Army. He went down fighting to become the seventh general scratched from the board, so far.

The commander had it coming, his troops declare. “News of Colonel Medvedev’s fate – backed by recent footage of the extraordinary episode – came amid claims that 20 of the 120 battalions massed by Vladimir Putin have been rendered inoperative by Ukraine’s staunch resistance.” Putin fired 8 of his generals for feeding him misinformation about the readiness of Ukraine troops.

Some are beginning to speculate that Putin himself walked into a trap sprung on him by the forces of global government evil. Whether you love Putin or hate him, he has one trait in common with Donald Trump. They are both hard-core nationalists, who put the country they represent first ahead of all the rest when dealing globally. The New World Order can’t stand either one of them for that.

Putin knows he’s fully committed to seeing his decisions through to the bitter end. He’s said to be assembling “at least 10 more” tank battalions “to shore up his army.

Officials are warning the commander “he is going ‘all in‘ behind his ‘botched‘ invasion” even if that means using chemical, biological or nuclear weapons to pull it off. In other words, don’t get in front of the tanks and watch hard for incoming grenades.

Failure to organize

Incompetence is everywhere it seems. The commander who got flattened for leading his troops to disaster is only one example of Russia’s “failure to organize.” When they gave a briefing to claim that they “had achieved the main military objectives,” the jaws of everyone attending hit the floor. Sure the Kremlin acknowledges, “losses had been ‘really high‘ in some areas.

They sent out 115-120 battalion tactical groups. The Russians note “20 battalions were now not thought to be ‘combat effective‘ and had been withdrawn, either because repairs were needed to vehicles or because of massive losses.” They still have at least 95 more.

They had to say something about the commander who was whacked so the official word is that Colonel Medvedev “was killed by his own troops we believe as a consequence of the scale of losses that had been taken by his brigade.

They hope the other generals will get the message. That, the experts say, “gives an insight into some of the morale challenges the Russian forces are having.

It’s clear from the injuries the commander had been run down using a tank. They’re convinced it was a Russian tank and “he was killed by his own troops deliberately.” Footage has been hitting the airwaves showing “Colonel Medvedev being stretchered into a hospital after suffering severe injuries to his legs.” Mortally severe injuries.

Ukrainian journalist Roman Tsymbaliuk posted on Facebook, “a soldier, choosing a convenient moment during the battle, ran over his brigade commander, Colonel Yuri Medvedev, with a tank, injuring both his legs. Medvedev is in a hospital in Belarus and has already been awarded the Order of Courage.” They can bury it with him.

Judge Educates Woke Administrators on Free Speech

Judge Educates Woke Administrators on Free Speech

Liberal educators were disappointed to learn employees can’t be fired for political incorrectness. There’s this nifty thing Americans have called a “Constitution,” Judge Sean Jordan, lectured. The progressives who run the University of North Texas might want to read it sometime. Starting with the First Amendment.

Judge legalizes microaggression

There’s at least one place in America where the Constitution hasn’t been debunked and used for toilet paper, the United States District Court for Eastern Texas.

The 69-page order Judge Sean Jordan published on March 11 was meant to be a textbook for college administrators on why they can be held legally accountable for their actions if they unlawfully fire an employee “for exercising their right of free speech.

Microaggression may be a hot-button issue for liberal educators responsible for brainwashing the next generation into mindless obedience. It’s also perfectly fine to call that theory “garbage,” Judge Jordan declares.

The battle started over a stack of flyers “pushing the idea of ‘microaggressions‘” in a staff break room at the publicly funded University of North Texas. Math professor Nathaniel Hiers saw them, one day back in 2019. He was offended.

The flyers in question “were not approved by the school for distribution.” They were left there for volunteers to take. Hiers committed the dastardly deed of microaggression himself when he jotted “don’t leave garbage lying around” on the chalkboard next to the stack. Chairman of the Mathematics department, Ralph Schmidt, went spastic and “demanded the ‘coward‘ who wrote the message come forward.

He wasn’t microagressive, he was full on combative. Hiers stepped up to acknowledge he wrote it. He called it “a joke” but flatly refused to apologize. The judge says, no, it may be funny but it’s not a joke. “Hiers had a First Amendment right to speak about the issue openly,” even if it did upset progressives. He got fired and they owe him big time. It “is irrelevant that Hiers made his point with a joke, because humor is a ‘time-tested‘ way to engage in political and social commentary.

Freedom of Speech

According to Judge Jordan, when Professor Hiers picked up the chalk that day, his perfectly free speech “touched on a matter of public concern.” Firing him for it “violated the First Amendment.” End of discussion. Before he was terminated, Schmidt tried to order him into behavior modification. He told his boss where to stick the “supplemental diversity training.” The court approved of that wholeheartedly.

The school openly admitted it had fired the professor for what he said and tried to force him to recant his ideas and adopt the Left’s ideologies.” This, the judge added, “is a violation of the Constitution, one that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on many times.

A few days after the meeting, Hiers got the news in the mail that his teaching contract had been “rescinded.” The school tried to claim that Hiers could “be perceived as threatening” others with his extremist, right-wing orthodoxy. Judge Jordan points out that Hiers was commenting on “a hot button issue related to the ongoing struggle over the social control of language in our nation and, particularly, in higher education.

His protected speech “reflected his protest of a topic (microaggressions) born from the present-day political correctness movement that has become an issue of contentious cultural debate.

Compelled speech is deeply suspect in the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence” because it “diminishes autonomy, stymies the search for truth, and extinguishes the debates necessary for the continuous improvement of our Republic,” Judge Jordan wrote.

As ADF Legal Counsel Michael Ross notes, “the freedom to express one’s viewpoint is a bedrock principle we hold dear in America. As a result, the First Amendment doesn’t allow the government to punish people because it disagrees with their opinions.

He Was Caught Outside Her Window With His Pants Down

He Was Caught Outside Her Window With His Pants Down

A Deltona, Florida peeping tom was caught outside a woman’s window with his pants down. This isn’t going to play out well for him…

Apparently, deputies were monitoring a Deltona neighborhood for a prowler who had exposed himself to a woman last week, and they ultimately caught him on a Saturday night last August. Not only that, but this man had his pants down outside another victim’s bedroom window.

Francisco Javier Orozco Gutierrez, 37, of Deltona, was arrested by members of the Deltona Crime Suppression Team after they engaged him in a short foot chase around the corner he was prowling on at Dunlap Drive.

Deputies had been working on that case since an incident last Monday where that same suspect had been knocking on a victim’s bedroom window and then proceeded to expose himself to her when she went to her sliding glass door. The Deltona Sheriff’s Office posted a public safety alert in regards to the incident and detectives canvassed the area, speaking to neighbors, and researching the sex offenders that lived in the area. However, none of these potential suspects matched the description given by the victim.

Around 2 a.m. that following Wednesday, another resident on nearby Lavilla Street made a report of someone knocking on their front door. Once at the scene, deputies immediately found a shoe print that evidently matched a Nike sneaker.

It was around 9 p.m. on Thursday that deputies yet again responded to the victim’s home on Friday and Saturday night, and it was around 8:45 p.m. when they spotted the man peeking in the window. He was also knocking loudly on her rear sliding glass door for a number of minutes.

When the Deltona CST Sheriff’s Deputies were conducting surveillance on this residence, they noticed that he not only was looking in one window, but he transitioned to another one! The deputies also couldn’t help but notice that the guy had his pants down around his knees and his hands were occupied in front of him as well. They challenged the suspect and he stood up and ran away. However, he was apprehended by another deputy a few seconds later.

After Orozco was caught, they eventually charged him with indecent exposure, stalking, voyeurism, prowling or loitering, and possession of drug paraphernalia after the deputies found a crack pipe in the immediate area where Orozco was caught. They transported him to the Volusia County Branch jail where he was held on $33,000 bond.

A ‘Target Rich Environment’ For Conservative Action

A ‘Target Rich Environment’ For Conservative Action

A reporter with The Hill made the mistake of asking Ron Johnson what he would do with subpoena power when he gets his hands on it, after the midterms. The senator couldn’t help chucking as he pondered his response. Democrat corruption is such “a target-rich environment,” he laughs. Like “a mosquito in a nudist colony.

A target rich environment

One target of Ron Johnson and his compatriots will be Hunter Biden, another name with a bullseye around it is Dr. Anthony Fauci. When cornered by a reporter quizzing him “what he would want to investigate should he control a committee with subpoena power?

Johnson’s direct quote in reply was “like everything? It’s like a mosquito in a nudist colony, it’s a target-rich environment.” Specifically he’s going to look real hard at Dr. Deep State.

Anthony Fauci, now 81-years-old, is one of the highest paid public officials. If not the top dog. He gets more than presidents are paid. He’s worked for seven of them as head honcho at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease.

Nobody can dispute he had his hands on everything Covid related. Officially, he “played a lead role in the response to the coronavirus pandemic.” He earned his target designation for allegedly secretly funding illicit gain of function research, for starters.

Rand Paul already has a subpoena typed up and ready for the stamps and seals. The only blank still open is the date. He’s looking like the favorite to chair the Senate health committee. He put a laser dot target on Fauci’s forehead back in July of 2021.

Just a few weeks ago he noted “If we win in November, if I’m chairman of a committee, if I have subpoena power, we’ll go after every one of [Fauci’s] records.” Ron Johnson has advanced Covid conspiracy theories of his own. He infuriated liberals even more when he met with We the People delegates of People’s Convoy on camera. He reminded the Hill, “There’s so much more in terms of what happened with our federal health agencies that we need to explore.

Hunter, Ukraine and Russia – Oh my!

Hunter Biden has a whole bunch of shady dealings that progressives refuse to even think about thinking about. He was giving a high paying job for next to nothing by a major utility company in Ukraine.

He’s said to have been an intermediary to broker influence meetings with his dad, then vice president and now alleged president. He supposedly sold meetings to folks in China and Russia. Who knows where else? He was a target for everyone, except, it seems, the FBI.

Hunter’s notorious laptop is in the news again because usually liberal New York Times just confirmed beyond a doubt that the emails on it are authentic. The big question on everyone’s mind is how come the FBI hasn’t figured that out.

Hunter is already under investigation for his taxes but he’s a much bigger target for senate subpoenas. Senator Johnson says the Federal Bureau of Instigation has had long enough to do their thing. “I’d kind of like to wrap that up. We’ve been trying to get his travel records for a couple of years now.

Blinky Antony Blinken is probably another target of Republican ire. They want to haul him over hot coals for his Saigon=like botched retreat from Afghanistan. Border security and immigration officials are expected to take turns on the hot seat as well. Democrats know that’s going to be fatal for them.

One liberal spokesunit with the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee was horrified. Noting Republicans were preparing to pursue a “toxic agenda.” Circling back around to his mosquito analogy, Johnson told the Hill, “I’ll be that mosquito. Hard to tell what targets I might pick. They’ll all be juicy.

Joy Reid Proves to Americans She is an Idiot

Joy Reid is an Idiot
Joy Reid is an Idiot

When it comes to the idiot left-wing media, there is no shortage of idiot tarts in their left-wing dessert shop. Of course, the one that probably takes the cake (no pun intended) would have to be one Joy Reid of MSNBC. She literally does a masterful job of shoving her foot completely down her own throat.

In the latest installment of “Who Wants To Be a Total Moron,” Reid compared the Texas GOP to the Taliban. Yeah, she went there. And just why, you ask? Well, because these Republican lawmakers in Austin had the chutzpah to not only pass laws that protect unborn children from being murdered in their mothers’ wombs, but they laid down fines for the abortionist doctors that were caught violating these laws.

This latest GOP-led pro-life law was passed last spring and it was set to go into effect this past September. It targets elective abortions after the detection of a fetal heartbeat, which ultrasound can usually pick up at about six weeks into the pregnancy. However, this law is more cleverly worded than other similar laws.

Of course, Texas isn’t the first state to enact a “heartbeat law”, but their example differs in that it allows the government to shut down abortion clinics and fine (or even jail) abortionist doctors that have been caught performing illegal abortion procedures in violation of the law. Under normal circumstances, these heartbeat laws would lead to the abortion clinic challenging the law in court by saying that the government is encroaching on “constitutionally legal” abortions, even though they’re not, according to the Fourteenth Amendment. Thus, most of the time, these “heartbeat laws” end up going nowhere.

This new Texas law is going to take a different approach, however. Instead of targeting the abortion clinics via the government’s own power, the measure is going to allow any United States citizen, regardless of whether they are a Texas resident, to sue any abortion clinic that has performed an elective abortion (with the exceptions allowed for rape, medical emergencies, and incest) beyond the detection of that fetal heartbeat. In these cases, the plaintiff is allowed to receive a $10,000 award plus the legal fee. The best way to sum it up is that this new Texas law would “deputize” ordinary citizens and give them the ability to exact justice against the abortion clinics for the murder of these unborn children. Not only that, but it cuts the government itself completely out of the enforcement process. The legal workaround has put abortion advocates in a bit of a bind, simply due to the fact that they are not sure how to challenge the measure in court because the government isn’t the one that is enforcing the measure.

Of course, this hasn’t stopped idiot abortion supporters from whining about it. They are complaining that this new law essentially places a “bounty” on the heads of abortionists. This is highly ironic, to say the least, simply due to the fact that these are the same clinics that profit from murdering these unborn children that they have been hired to kill.

This leads us back to MSNBC personality Joy Reid, and it was during her comments regarding this out-of-the-box new anti-abortion law that she decided to compare the Texas measure to Talibanism. That’s right. She compared this Texas fetal heartbeat law to the actions of a bunch of bloodthirsty terrorists.

“So now Texas Republicans are putting bounties on pregnant women. I almost hate to ask what this benighted party will think of next,” Reid tweeted (despite the fact that there is no stipulation in the law that allows for anyone to sue the woman seeking the abortion).

“This is Talibanism. Are Texas conservatives going to be spying on women of childbearing age and turning them in for the bounties?” she added.

You gotta love how this law is seeking to protect babies that are being dismembered in the womb, but here we have Joy Reid comparing them to the morbid Taliban, who do far, far worse morbid things and would actually SUPPORT these morbid abortions. Yeah, good one, Joy. You have all lost all touch with reality, that is for sure.

Illegal Alien Breaks Into Senior Living Facility, Does These Disgusting Acts to Elderly Woman

Illegal Alien Breaks Into Senior Living Facility, Does These Disgusting Acts to Elderly Woman

Illegal Immigrant
Illegal Immigrant

We’ve got illegal aliens committing crimes everywhere, and one even broke into a senior living facility, and you won’t believe what he did!

According to authorities, there is now an illegal immigrant who is in custody because he allegedly took advantage of an elderly woman at a nursing home. He is now being held on $1 million bail.

It was last May when this 20-year-old Stuart Florida illegal immigrant (notice that I didn’t say “native”) was arrested and charged with raping an 82-year-old woman. Marvin Ailon-Mendoza was an illegal immigrant who entered the United States under the Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) designation at the U.S.-Mexican border.

According to the Martin County Sheriff’s, in addition to being an illegal immigrant, Ailon-Mendoza apparently has prior convictions as well. It was this specific incident where Ailon-Mendoza had allegedly broken into the senior living facility and then sexually assaulted this terrified senior citizen.

A federal source confirmed his status as an illegal immigrant and also noted that he had been arrested three other times in Martin County.

As an adult, Ailon-Mendoza has been charged with a myriad of offenses, including exposing himself at a park in Stuart where he was on a bicycle and children were present. The arrest report notes that a woman had called 911 to report that this man was on a bicycle and he was masturbating in broad daylight at Shepard’s Park.

Ailon-Mendoza spent nearly a year in jail for that crime, but according to the local sheriff the local branch of the ICE dropped the ball and refused to deport him for that offense. Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said that his office routinely notifies ICE when they have a foreign national inmate at their jail.

“We use the term ‘the immigration system is broken.’ A broken immigration system infers that there is a system,” Snyder said. “It does not appear to us and local law enforcement at least if there’s any system that the federal government has any idea what they are doing.”

During his latest news conference, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) said in a statement:

“I think what has been going on is a big tragedy. There was not a crisis on January 20th on that border. Not to say everything was resolved, but the policies were working and those were all thrown out for political or ideological reasons and the result has been what we have been dealing with now.”

Ailon-Mendoza was arrested about a week after the incident at the nursing home. The victim told police that it was around 3 a.m. when a masked assailant woke her up and sexually battered her. Ailon-Mendoza now faces three charges. These include sexual battery by great force, false imprisonment while masked, and burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery while masked. Bond was set at $200,000 for the sexual battery charge, $200,000 for the burglary charge, and $120,000 for the false imprisonment charge.

Authorities also confirmed that Ailon-Mendoza had four previous arrests and three of them were felonies. However, he wasn’t charged in any of them. According to Snyder, in this latest incident, he was armed with a knife and he used some sort of “binding material” on the victim.

He and the woman did not know each other at all before the assault. The woman told the deputies that she locked her door that night, so it isn’t clear how he was able to break it. Snyder said that neighbors of Ailon-Mendoza were so scared of him that they were buying double locks. Sheriff Snyder capped it off by saying the following:

“A frightened community can rest more peacefully tonight. This offender is behind bars.”

Snyder also said there very easily could be more victims. He said:

“Crimes like these tend to be repetitive and turn out to be serial offenses. We have every reason to be suspicious this wasn’t his first time.”
