Exclusive — Watch: Democrat Tom Malinowski Gaslights Constituents on ‘Crazy Culture Bullsh*t’ Taught in Schools

Democrat Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-NJ) is maintaining his erroneous claim that parental concerns over public schooling are “crazy culture bullshit,” telling his constituents, “I am not going to stand for these MAGA Republicans trying to lower our schools down to the levels of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida.”

The New Jersey Democrat went on to mislead his constituents during a meet and great in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, last month, telling them that Florida had banned certain math textbooks “because there was one math book and they had little biographies of African American mathematicians.”

“I guess that’s CRT now,” he said. “You can’t find real CRT, so you gotta find something black in there. That’s gotta be the CRT.”

Watch:

“And so it allows this crazy culture bullshit, right?” he said. “When you actually talk to people, how do we implement it, what it means, it doesn’t sound so good.”

“Even if you’re one of the prejudiced people who want to persecute LGBT people,” he continued. “In practice, this is crazy stuff, and then that gets you back to can we just teach our kids the stuff they need to be successful in life and stop persecuting our teachers and stop imposing all this culture war nonsense on them and support our schools the way that we do in the state of New Jersey?”

The Garden State Democrat went on to criticize his Republican opponent for calling out the availability of pornographic materials to children in New Jersey.

“And if you look at Tom Kean Jr., if anyone is on Twitter, he’s got his pinned tweet – the thing that he wants everyone to see first. And it is a clip of him on Fox News where he said not once, but twice, that elementary school teachers in his hometown of Westfield, New Jersey, were preparing to teach pornography to second graders,” Malinowski said.

Kean, who at the time was just one of many Republican challengers, has since become the Republican nominee and will go head-to-head with Malinowski in the November elections.

Kean criticized his state’s new curriculum standards, saying, “Having curricula that includes gender identity and sexual education and exposure to pornography on issues as young as second grade in any school district is wrong.”

Subsequently, Malinowski took to Twitter in late April to voice his concerns about the education debate and Kean’s criticisms.

However, as Breitbart News reported, two of the books of primary concern to parents depict, both literarily and more explicitly in drawings, pornography and pedophilia.

Those books, Lawn Boy by Jonathan Evison and Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe, have faced heavy scrutiny from parents who have issues with the graphic depictions of sexual acts in both books, and particularly depictions of sexual acts between adult men and children.

“And so you know playing defense would be, ‘Oh no that’s not really true, it’s actually gonna be sex education,’” Malinowski said. “But playing offense is, ‘When the hell are you gonna take down that lie? Why are you lying about elementary school teachers who are working hard, and now they’ve got people screaming at them because a politician went on TV and told a lie?’”

“I mean if you’re the parent of a second grader, and a leader in your community said they’re teaching porn to your second grader, you’d probably be a little concerned, right? I’d be concerned,” he continued. “But I’d be really pissed off if I heard that guy was lying to me. Right, so turn the anger on the politicians who are lying for votes and trying to lower the quality of public schools in New Jersey.”

Watch:

Obtained by Breitbart News

New Jersey’s new education standards have alarmed parents, despite Malinowski’s claim.

Indeed, second graders are at the very least going to be taught radical notions about gender, as one of the state’s sample lesson plans says, “You might feel like you’re a boy even if you have body parts that some people might tell you are ‘girl’ parts.”

“Gender identity is that feeling of knowing your gender. You might feel like you are a boy, you might feel like you are a girl,” the lesson plan states. “You might feel like you’re a boy even if you have body parts that some people might tell you are ‘girl’ parts.”

“You might feel like you’re a girl even if you have body parts that some people might tell you are ‘boy’ parts,” it continues. “And you might not feel like you’re a boy or a girl, but you’re a little bit of both. No matter how you feel, you’re perfectly normal!”

This is not the first time Malinowski has called parents’ concerns “cultural bullshit.”

As Breitbart News exclusively reported, the embattled Democrat went on an anti-parent tirade, calling parents’ concerns “made-up cultural bullshit” stemming from a “fringe movement.” Following Breitbart News’s reporting on his tirade, the New Jersey Democrat canceled an education forum he was supposed to have with parents and students.

Malinowski represents a vulnerable district. House Republican-aligned groups, such as the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), have gone after the congressman in the past and have named his seat one of the top targets in the midterm elections.

After striving to win back the House in 2020, the Republicans left the Democrats with the slimmest majority in modern history and gave themselves the upper hand in the midterms.

For Republicans, winning the majority will require a net gain of only five seats in November, and much is on the line in both the House and the Senate. Losing either could mean the Democrats and President Joe Biden will have a more challenging time passing their agenda items before the next presidential election.

Republicans are currently projected to win the majority in the House with between 12 and 35 seats. Republicans are hoping Malinowski’s could be one of them.

Supreme Court Follows Concealed Carry Decision With Pro-2A Rulings In 4 States

Supreme Court Follows Concealed Carry Decision With Pro-2A Rulings In 4 States

Post by Tyler Durden | Written by Matthew Vadum via The Epoch Times

The Supreme Court followed up its June 23 landmark ruling that for the first time recognized a constitutional right to carry firearms in public for self-defense, by issuing a series of rulings June 30 reversing federal appeals court decisions that upheld gun restrictions in California, New Jersey, Maryland, and Hawaii.

Courts will find it difficult to uphold the firearms laws in question after the high court’s June 30 and June 23 rulings.

In unsigned orders, all four cases were remanded June 30 to lower courts “for further consideration in light of” the Supreme Court’s June 23 decision in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen. In that 6–3 ruling, the high court invalidated New York state’s tough concealed-carry gun permitting system.

The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The Supreme Court has been strengthening Second Amendment protections in recent years. In District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), the Supreme Court held the amendment protects “the individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation,” and in McDonald v. City of Chicago (2010), that this right “is fully applicable to the States.”

It makes no sense to recognize Americans’ right to defend themselves in their homes while denying them the ability to defend themselves outside their homes, Justice Clarence Thomas wrote June 23 in the court’s majority opinion.

“After all, the Second Amendment guarantees an ‘individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation,’ and confrontation can surely take place outside the home. … Many Americans hazard greater danger outside the home than in it,” Thomas wrote.

In the new orders, the Supreme Court summarily disposed of the four pending cases, simultaneously granting appellants’ petitions seeking review while skipping over the oral argument phase. Some lawyers call this process GVR, standing for grant, vacate, and remand.

In the Maryland case, Bianchi v. Frosh, court file 21-902, a coalition of 25 states led by Arizona challenged Maryland’s Firearms Safety Act of 2013. The statute, which was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in September 2021, required pistol purchasers to seek a license, complete safety training, and be fingerprinted. Maryland bans popular weapons such as the AR-15 and similar rifles and limits magazine capacity to 10 rounds.

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh, a Democrat, was defiant after the remand order. Military-style firearms “pose grave risks to public safety, as recent mass shootings in other states have made clear,” Frosh stated. Despite the Bruen ruling, the state’s law remains in effect, he said. “Marylanders have a right to be protected from these dangerous weapons.”’

Report: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware Gas Prices Hit ‘All Time Highs’

Report: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware Gas Prices Hit ‘All Time Highs’

Democrat-led Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware are experiencing “all-time high” gas prices,WPVI-TV reported on Monday.

“It’s $4.64 a record gallon in Philadelphia, 14 cents above the statewide average,” the ABC News affiliate found. “It’s $4.50 in Pennsylvania, $4.47 in New Jersey and $4.40 in Delaware.”

According to the report, drivers are paying on average $4.32 per gallon nationally for unleaded — “$1.36 over what it was on this day a year ago.” The national average for diesel has also hit an all-time high at $5.54.

The corporate media affiliate toed the Democrat Party line, blaming “rising crude oil prices and concern about less Russian oil entering the global market” as the reason for skyrocketing fuel prices.

Both Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) have refused to cast any blame on their own party for shutting down American energy independence and continuing to print trillions and trillions of dollars, Breitbart News previously reported.

“Despite their claims, survey after survey show Americans blame Democrats and Biden for high gas prices and rampant inflation,” the late April report states. “Under Biden’s leadership thus far, gas prices have reached record-high levels, inflation hit a 40-year high, and the U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) shrunk 1.4 percent in the first quarter of 2022.”

Notably, as voters admit rising gas prices are touching every aspect of their lives, including how they eat and buy groceries, the economy has risen to be a top issue in the upcoming elections.

A Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey released last week found that a plurality of voters (38.5 percent) chose “lowering inflation and fixing the economy” when asked to identify the most important issue to them in the midterms.

Diesel prices over $6.50 a gallon are displayed at a Chevron gas station on May 02, 2022 in San Rafael, California. The price of diesel has reached an all-time high in the U.S. and is causing trouble in the trucking industry. The average price of diesel is at $5.296 per gallon. (Justin Sullivan/Getty Images)

No other issue came close, with only 15.9 percent concerned over “climate change,” and 11.3 percent worried about “racial and social equality.” Eleven percent chose “securing the border,” and no other issue garnered over ten percent.

New Jersey Dept of Environmental Police, Set up Snitch Line to Report Contraband Plastic and Styrofoam Users

New Jersey Dept of Environmental Police, Set up Snitch Line to Report Contraband Plastic and Styrofoam Users

Perhaps in the grand scheme of all things facing us, this action by New Jersey may seem a little silly; however, it’s still nuts.

Comrades, starting today it is illegal in New Jersey to have plastic or paper bags in stores for shoppers.  Additionally, restaurants, cafeterias and food trucks are forbidden to serve take-out food in Styrofoam-like products. Also, all retailers must stop selling polystyrene foam products like plates and cups.  Drinking straws require a permit for restricted distribution as monitored by the Department of Health.

To ensure legal compliance within the Garden State, officials in New Jersey have established a snitch hotline for citizens to call the Dept of Environmental Police (DEP) and report dissident violators, while the state ministry of citizen compliance have created a “WARN DEP” app to facilitate easier snitching on your neighbors if you spot them using contraband containers.

“The ban will go into effect [May 4th] nearly 18 months after the law was signed by Gov. Phil Murphy.” ARTICLE

We cannot get to environmental justice without citizen participation, comrades.

Report this rule breaker, there’s an app for that!

New Jersey Model Curriculum: ‘Gender Identity’ Lessons for 1st and 2nd Graders

New Jersey Model Curriculum: ‘Gender Identity’ Lessons for 1st and 2nd Graders

A model New Jersey state curriculum provided to parents in the Westfield school district and released by State Sen. Holly Schepisi (R-39) suggests that students should begin learning about gender identity as early as the first or second grade.

Transgender activists believe that gender identity is different from biological sex, and that individuals may switch genders. While there is growing tolerance for that idea among adults, including in Supreme Court decisions, many Americans believe it should not be introduced to young children, for whom discussions of sex, gender, and sexuality are inappropriate.

As Breitbart News reported earlier this week, Sen. Schepisi released the curriculum materials publicly, as reported by SaveJersey.com:

“Although I voted against the legislation mandating certain sexual education classes for even the youngest of children I’ve taken a measured approach and have waited to further comment until I saw what was proposed,” Sen. Holly Schepisi said in a story posted on the Save Jersey website. “Today I reviewed all of the model school instruction materials and I truly think New Jersey has lost its damn mind.”

“While some of the lessons I agree with, many are completely overboard with cringy detail for young kids and some go so far as unnecessarily sexualizing children further,” Schepisi said. “For me the most outrageous part are teachers are instructed to promote a website Amaze and its YouTube channel to kids as young as 9 for them to get additional information on sex ed.”

“I encourage all parents to take a look and decide if this is something they deem appropriate for kids this age,” she said.

Schepisi posted the materials on Dropbox for the public to peruse.

While some materials might be considered broadly acceptable — such as telling kindergarteners that it is OK for some kids to have two mothers or two fathers — others cross into more sensitive topics.

In one set of materials for first grade, students are to be taught to “Define gender, gender identity and gender role stereotypes.” In another, for second grade students, students are to be taught that “there are some body parts that mostly just girls have and some parts that mostly just boys have. Being a boy or a girl doesn’t have to mean you have those parts, but for most people this is how their bodies are.”

In addition, Schepisi pointed to materials for students in fifth grade, which includes a link to a website called Amaze. The Amaze YouTube channel includes a separate video (not linked in the materials) promoting pornography:

Fox News reported: “A spokesperson for Westfield Public Schools told Fox News Digital that the teaching materials were not the school district’s plans. The school superintendent told Fox News Digital that the materials presented to parents at the February Board of Education meeting were a ‘sample list of resources’ aligned with state policy.” The district also said that the state’s suggested standards were not mandatory.

The Biden administration opposes efforts to restrict instruction on gender and sexuality for the youngest children, such as the new Parental Rights in Education Act signed into law by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, which bars such materials from kindergarten through third grade.

Earlier this week, when Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki whether the Biden administration believes that children from kindergarten through third grade should have “classroom instruction about sexual orientation and gender identity,” she responded: “Do you have examples of schools in Florida that are teaching kindergarteners about sex education?”

Psaki argued that the law was intended merely to stigmatize transgender “young people,” and were not addressing an actual issue.

Exclusive — Watch: Democrat Tom Malinowski Goes on Anti-Parent Tirade, Says Education Concerns Are ‘Made-Up Cultural Bullsh*t’

Exclusive — Watch: Democrat Tom Malinowski Goes on Anti-Parent Tirade, Says Education Concerns Are ‘Made-Up Cultural Bullsh*t’

Vulnerable Democrat Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-NJ) appeared to go on a tirade against parents taking issue with what their children are learning in school, calling their concerns “made-up cultural bullshit” stemming from a “fringe movement.”

In the video, exclusively obtained by Breitbart News, Malinowski was asked at a town hall event what Congress was doing to “protect educators, and our students and their identity.”

“One of the crazy things happening in America right now is we’ve got a political movement that says they care about kids, because the way they express that care is by banning books,” Malinowski replied. “And they don’t want to do a damn thing about the guns.”

It is unclear to which books the New Jersey Democrat is referring, but the two most prominent books targeted by parents for removal from classrooms contain pornographic and pedophilic material.

Those books, Lawn Boy by Jonathan Evison and Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe, have faced heavy scrutiny from parents who have issues with the graphic depictions of sexual acts in both books, and particularly depictions of sexual acts between adult men and children.

***Warning: Graphic Content***

Parents Defending Education (PDE) Vice President of Strategy and Investigations Asra Nomani described a scene from Lawn Boy:

“What if I told you I touched another guy’s dick? What if I told you I sucked it? I was 10 years old but it’s true. I sucked Doug Goebbels’ dick, the real estate guy, and he sucked mine too.” The “real estate guy” was an adult man.

The congressman also said the “real problems” are gun violence and the climate crisis, condemning a parents’ rights- and anti-indoctrination-centered movement he calls a “fringe movement” that is trying to divide the country “over made-up cultural bullshit.”

Malinowski claims that this “fringe movement” exists because the parents involved are “the ones going to school boards, they’re the ones speaking up.” The congressman explained that the “fringe movement” to ban books is because parents “want power, not because they actually care about us.”

Continuing, Malinowski said there are “people acting as though the number one threat to America is transgender girls playing on sports teams,” referring to the phenomenon of boys identifying as girls competing and winning against girls in sports, as well as the ability for boys to use girls’ restrooms and locker rooms.

“I had somebody else… say, ‘There are thousands of people gonna vote against you unless you stand up to the threat of transgender girls playing sports games,’” he said, claiming that all that would do is make young people feel bad, causing them to hurt themselves.

“What does happen is people like that [are] making young people feel bad about who they are,” he said. “You know what just happened? An epidemic of youth suicide.”

He went on to talk about the Florida bill that empowers parents and also bans schools from teaching gender theory to kindergarteners through third graders, erroneously calling it the “Don’t say gay bill” — a manufactured name the establishment media and other Democrats have been using to try to delegitimize a bill that protects young children from explicit sexual content.

Malinowski’s tirade should also be seen in light of the fact that he has received $29,002 from teachers’ unions since becoming a member of Congress.

Teachers’ unions have been on the forefront of pushing critical race theory and gender theory in schools, as well as keeping them closed down for “virtual learning” — leading to reports of skyrocketing rates of youth depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.

One Virginia mom recently told the heartbreaking story of her son’s suicide due to critical race theory indoctrination and coronavirus isolation.

Protest of School Mask Mandates — Students Begin Walk-Outs [Video]

Protest of School Mask Mandates — Students Begin Walk-Outs [Video]

Students Begin Walk-Outs Across America in Protest of School Mask Mandates

Becker News

Blue state governors are in full retreat across America, save for last bastions of Covid insanity like New York.

As reported earlier: New Jersey is done. Connecticut is done. Delaware is done. Oregon is done. But many school boards are defying governor’s orders and court rulings that dictate that parents and students have the right to determine whether or not the schoolkids wear masks.

In Illinois, a judge has issued a restraining order on the governor’s school mask mandate, but Chicago area school boards are resisting the court ruling and clinging to the edicts.

“Frustrated Chicago-area students walked out of school Monday after being told they were required to wear masks to attend class, despite an Illinois judge having issued a temporary restraining order against the governor’s statewide school mask mandate,” the Daily Mail reported.

“The maskless Vernon Hills High School students were denied entry into classrooms and escorted into the gymnasium, where they were instructed to either mask up, leave school and have a parent report the absence, or work on classwork isolated in the gym,” the report added.

“Video of the protest shows a throng of students exiting the gym before walking out the school’s front doors where they are met with applause and positive remarks including: ‘Good job, way to stand up for yourselves.’”

In Vernon Hills near Chicago, students filed out of the school after being given an ultimatum by the principal: Mask up or go home.

“Students at Vernon Hills near Chicago leave their school,” STV tweeted. “The director announced to them that from now on they either come to school wearing masks or they leave. The students chose the latter. Previously, the same situation occurred in Virginia and the state of Washington.”

In Virginia, school boards have pushed back against new Governor Youngkin’s executive order that make masks optional in the state. A legal challenge from the parents and school boards that had issued a stay on the order was recently struck down.

“The Supreme Court of Virginia has tossed out a case challenging Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s executive order allowing parents to opt their children out of school mask mandates,” the Blaze reported.

Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares celebrated the court ruling as a victory for parents.

“Today, the Supreme Court of Virginia rejected a challenge out of the City of Chesapeake to Governor Youngkin’s Executive Order Number 2. The Governor and I are pleased with today’s ruling. At the beginning of this pandemic, Governor Northam used his broad emergency powers to close places of worship, private businesses, and schools and impose a statewide mask mandate,” Miyares said.

Blue state governors and teacher’s unions can cling to the inordinate power that Covid seems to have given them. But that power is proving to be fleeting as scientific reality has set in. The truth has finally caught up to the lies. The charade is over.

New Jersey Gym Owner Sentenced To One Year Probation For Saving Lives During Pandemic

New Jersey Gym Owner Sentenced To One Year Probation For Saving Lives During Pandemic

A New Jersey gym owner who refused to close his gym under the state’s Democrat governor’s lockdown order was sentenced to one year probation.

Ian Smith, co-owner of Atilis Gym in the Philadelphia suburb of Bellmawr, kept his business open to allow residents to maintain a high level of baseline health in the face of a virus disproportionately killing obese people.

“We got one year probation for the crime of taking our doors off to prevent government goons from locking us out of our gym,” Smith announced on Twitter Thursday after the sentencing hearing. “[Atilis Gym] is open and will remain open at any cost.”

Smith’s decision has indeed come at a high cost. According to the Post Millennial, Smith was fined $1.2 million “and vowed to stay open anyway as what he described as a ‘f*ck you’ to Democratic Governor Phil Murphy.” Smith also said his business license was revoked in August 2020. That same month, a meta-analysis of studies probing the risks of Covid to those who carry excess weight revealed those with obesity were at least 113 percent more likely to be hospitalized, at least 74 percent more likely to need intensive care, and nearly 50 percent more likely to die.

In March of last year, Smith began to offer free memberships to those who did not take the Covid vaccine to enhance their metabolic health amid a circulating virus that especially threatens the unhealthy. Just two weeks prior, the CDC published data showing nearly 80 percent of those hospitalized with the novel Wuhan coronavirus were overweight or obese. Smith announced his incentive a day after Krispy Kreme offered free donuts to individuals who showed their vaccine card, promoting a complacency with the normalization of sedentary lifestyles incentivized by government officials who implemented lockdowns.

“We believe in health – the real way – exercise, good diet, plenty of Vitamin D, Zinc, and an environment to destress,” Smith wrote.

In an era of an endemic virus with new variants poised to circumvent vaccines with waning immunity, confronting the American obesity epidemic has become even more important.

The American population entered the coronavirus epidemic unhealthy to begin with. The latest CDC data available on nationwide BMI scores precedes a pandemic where 42 percent of American adults, by one estimate from the American Psychological Association (APA), reported undesired weight gain. Of those adults, the average gain was 29 pounds. In the days leading up to Covid’s inception, less than a third of Americans were at a healthy weight, according to the CDC. More than 42 percent qualified as “obese.”

In stark contrast to First Lady Michelle Obama’s efforts to confront the underlying epidemic brewing out of control 10 years ago, the Biden White House appears unconcerned about Americans’ health beyond the Fauci-prescribed measures of endless vaccines and mask-wearing.

When asked at the press briefing Thursday why the administration has not promoted healthier lifestyles in the Covid era, Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, “What’s most important to note is what we know is most effective, which is getting vaccinated, getting boosted, wearing a mask.”
