Neil Oliver, W.H.O Assembles Pandemic Treaty to Control Global Human Parasites

Comrade dissidents, in his weekly monologue Neil Oliver draws attention to the World Health Organization (WHO) effort to assemble the Global Pandemic Response Treaty, a collective pact with the industrious mission to control the threat of human parasites.

As Oliver notes, the objective of the W.H.O. mission is to coordinate a whole-of-planet approach, by giving instructions to all governmental signatories for how to best manage the problematic behavior of free-range citizens.  People are the dangerous carbon they seek to mitigate.  WATCH:

[Transcript] – “Anyone remember voting for the World Health Organization to take control of our lives? No? Me, neither.  And yet here we are, teetering on the brink of joining most of the countries of the world in surrendering our national sovereignty under the terms of a proposed new pandemic treaty.

Once British ink is dry on the necessary paperwork, we and most of the rest of the billions living on planet earth will, in the event of another pandemic, take our instructions not from politicians we actually voted for – and could, hypothetically at least, have the option of getting rid of – but from the unelected, faceless, bureaucrats of the WHO.

This is no conspiracy theory, by the way. No tin hats required. This is real and happening now. And a whole lot of people would rather you weren’t paying attention.

The WHO is a fabulously wealthy offshoot of the United Nations. It has its head office in Geneva and is presently headed by Ethiopian-born Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. Know much about him?

No, nor me. He and it are funded by 194 member states and also by donations from private entities. As things stand, most of its money comes from the United States, from Communist China and from computer salesman and international man of mystery Bill Gates.

Let us remember that for the past two years, the WHO has loudly celebrated the approach taken by China to the handling of Covid-19.

Even now, as tens or perhaps hundreds of millions of Chinese citizens remain locked in their homes in scores of cities across that country … and after unknown numbers have died in those circumstances, including some who committed suicide by leaping to their deaths from their tower block imprisonment … the WHO continues to applaud the tactics of the Chinese Communist Party that is its benefactor.

For his own part Bill Gates, who struggles even to control viruses in the software sold by Microsoft, is on record admiring the Draconian approach taken by Australia – to the extent that he has said that in his opinion the world would have had greater success in eliminating the disease – the one that more than likely leaked from a lab in China – if only more nations had followed the Australian model, locked everyone down and sought Zero Covid.

Now we in Great Britain – without so much as a by your leave from our leaders – and along with around 95 per cent of the world’s population – must contemplate a future in which decisions about what we will be ordered – ordered – to do in the face of another pandemic will be taken by the unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats of the Chinese Communist Party-worshipping WHO, under the unseemly influence of a tech billionaire with no more qualifications in the fields of medicine and disease control than I have.

It is worth remembering that President Donald Trump insisted on divorce from the WHO – on the grounds that it was too close to China, only for President Biden to remarry them again in 2021. All of that is history, however. In a matter of days, the World Health Assembly will meet in Geneva for a vote on the treaty. The target date for final ratification is in May 2024, but by then the power grab will have long been completed.

Amendments written into the proposed treaty by the re-enamored Biden administration will see 194 nations cede sovereignty over national health care decisions to the WHO. The WHO would thereby have decision-making power over and above our own government – and every other government.

Consider this – when you watch footage of the 26 million people of Shanghai locked down in their homes, their cats and dogs beaten to death in the street … the WHO would, by the terms of the new treaty, have the power to impose the same on cities here. Know too, that under the terms of the treaty, the WHO does not – does not – have to show any data to legitimize its conclusions or decisions.

It is also worth knowing, to say the least, that it would be up to the WHO to define what the next pandemic is. Seeing how things are going, I would hardly be surprised to hear about a pandemic of obesity, or of heart attacks – followed by the lockdowns and other restrictions to deal with same.

No doubt lockdowns to fix the climate can’t be far away either. In the case of climate, the WHO might draw the conclusion that we, the human species, are the virus. Who knows what they might conclude and decide then?

Be in no doubt – this so-called pandemic treaty is the single, greatest global power grab that any of us has seen in our lifetime. It is nothing less than the groundwork, the laying of deep foundations for global governance through the WHO.

Many of those opposed to the treaty – and there is an online petition here in the UK seeking to demand that the matter be discussed in parliament – have pointed to the, shall we say, compromised position of the WHO itself. Much has been made of the notion that a fish rots from the head.

Back in 2017, Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe was appointed as a good will ambassador of the WHO, by Tedros, and only dropped after shrieks of outrage from those who pointed out that Mugabe might have been a controversial choice of poster boy for an organization notionally committed to the wellbeing of living people. A glance at the 34-member Executive Board of the WHO reveals seats occupied by such human rights luminaries as Syria and East Timor, among others.

And remember all the time the links the WHO has with Communist China – a state with more human rights abuses under its belt than any decent human being might want to contemplate. And that’s before we get to the looming presence of the world’s fourth richest man, the one and only Bill Gates, and his Foundation, whose commitment to mass vaccination is unsurpassed.

As far as I am concerned, the whole thing stinks – like the aforementioned dead fish. The approach taken to Covid by the Chinese Government and endorsed by the WHO was never about health, I say, and always about control.

Just as there is more than one way to skin a cat – one beaten to death in a Shanghai Street by a man in a hazmat suit armed with a stick, perhaps – so there is more than one way to seek to impose undemocratic, authoritarian control upon a population.

Just as for instance, a government desiring such control might try frightening the living daylights out of its people, telling them that if they don’t take their medicine – medicine that Big Pharma knows in advance might kill or maim some of them – that they won’t be able to travel, leave the country, go to work, or the pub, or the cinema, or to school.

A government or indeed any unelected body seeking total control might tell its people that unless they do what they are told they won’t ever be getting back to anything even resembling their old normal lives. That is not how you protect people from a pandemic. That is how you exploit and manipulate the very notion of a pandemic in order to seize and retain control.

And then, while they’re either still terrified, or just plain exhausted and demoralized by the whole damned experience, why not slip through all manner of new legislation shaped to mop up the dregs of whatever old-fashioned freedoms and rights remain behind?

I am, even by my own estimate, the unlikeliest of rebels.

All I know is that I have, for a period now measurable in years, been opposed to those in power here, and also all but a handful of those vying to replace them. For the longest time I have cared not a jot what those jokers try and tell me to do. The evidence coming out now, about lockdown harms, about vaccine harms, tells me I was right to follow my own path. In short, I have had enough of the lot of them. They do not speak for me or in any way matter to me.

If this pandemic treaty comes to pass, I will disregard it. I will ignore any future lockdown ordained by any power. I will take no mandated vaccine, not while I have breath in my body.

The WHO and all its little wizards can take a running jump. The men in suits can sign whatever treaties they want. I don’t care. Not one of them – not Johnson, Trudeau, Macron and the rest – has the stomach for the wet-work that would be required to put their authoritarian plans into action.

We owe it to ourselves. Perhaps we even owe it to them – to tell them that they are living in a fantasy world of their own creation and that we want none of it.

Let them have the gall to seek to sign away our freedoms in such a high-handed manner, this month, or in 2024. I for one am not playing along.

As Expected, Le Pen and Macron Head to a Runoff in French Election – Polling Shows Them Even After Primary

As Expected, Le Pen and Macron Head to a Runoff in French Election – Polling Shows Them Even After Primary

As expected, in the France election no candidate achieved 50% of the vote.  That sets up a runoff election fifteen days from now to determine who will be the next president.  Reuters Article Here – Guardian/MSM Article Here

In the primary race the final results are not yet announced; however, current President Emmanuel Macron has approximately 28% of the vote, and challenger Marine Le Pen has around 24% of the vote.  No other candidate was close enough to change the top two outcome.

In the head-to-head matchup, the race is essentially tied, well within the margin of polling error (as above).  Interestingly, Le Pen has flipped the 18-to-34-year age bracket and now holds majority support in the younger voting bloc.  Perhaps, due to young French citizens feeling the outcomes of the professional political left thirsting for unilateral power during COVID.

There was around a 65% voter turnout according to most early analysts.  The general election is essentially a coin toss based on the current polling.  The final vote to determine the winner will take place April 24th.  It will be a very closely watched event by leaders around the world.  A Le Pen victory would be seismic in the world of politics, akin to Trump’s victory in 2016, and that outcome is a strong possibility.

The professional political left are apoplectic.

(BBC Opinion) –  Estimations from round one show how tactical voting rewrote the electoral map.

Voters gathered into three broad camps: Macron, the far-right and the far-left. In the last days of campaigning, many people who were considering other candidates finally decided that they would rather back a frontrunner.

There was thus a big transfer of votes from Éric Zemmour – the hard-right nationalist pundit – to the camp of Marine Le Pen. Some right-wingers in the conservative Republicans party may have done the same.

On the left, voters decided that neither the Socialist Anne Hidalgo nor the Green Yannick Jadot could ever make it into round two. So they shifted massively to Jean-Luc Mélenchon, simply to keep a leftist in the race. This despite many Socialists and Greens actively disliking the man.

And in the centre, many who would normally have chosen the Republicans’ Valérie Pécresse will have plumped instead for the incumbent. Why? Because they were genuinely afraid that Le Pen and/or Mélenchon were coming up too strong from behind.

The result means two things.

One is the utter devastation facing France’s two traditional parties of government since 1958 – the conservative right, and the socialist left. This was a process started by Macron five years ago, but now comprehensively complete.

Both parties’ candidates – and certainly the Socialists’ Anne Hidalgo – may have failed to reach the 5% threshold, which allows them to claim back election costs. The price tag will be millions of euros, but worse is the ignominy. We can expect serious internal ructions.

Macron has so engineered it that the divide in French politics is now definitively the one that he sought: between his own “realistic centrism” and “openness to the world” and the “extremism” of his opponents. The “nationalist extremism” of Le Pen and the “utopian extremism” of Mélenchon. (read more)

Nationalism -vs- Globalism

During his pandemic response, Macron went totally overboard.  He was the first one to announce (July 2021) that a vaccine passport would be needed in order to shop, drink, eat at restaurants, travel or worship.  Many other western, fascist totalitarian dictators, the new democracy leaders, followed soon thereafter.  Macron’s ideological fiats may come back to haunt him. We can hope.  The French people were not happy with this unilateral decision, and it showed people how quickly some leaders will become dictators.

President Macron took that dictatorship even one step further in January of this year, and this is likely the biggest problem for him right now.  In January he announced that any unvaccinated person was “irresponsible” and therefore “no longer a citizen.”

Macron told Le Parisien that he had decided to act against the non-vaccinated, by “limiting as much as possible their access to social life activity”.  “The unvaccinated, I really want to piss them off. And so we will continue to do so, to the bitter end. That’s the strategy,” the head of state said. “When my freedom comes to threaten that of other people, I become irresponsible. An irresponsible person is no longer a citizen.”

“I am not going to put them in prison, I am not going to forcibly vaccinate them,” Macron went on. “Therefore you have to say to them: from January 15 you can no longer go to a restaurant, you can no longer go for a drink, you can no longer go for a coffee, you can no longer go to the theatre, you can no longer go to the cinema,” the president said.  (read more)

That extremist approach is the opening Marine Le Pen now has in front of her – to expose Emmanuel Macron as the installed, WEF approved, multicultural economic globalist everyone knows him to be.

Communist NGO’s Pushing Putin’s Agenda in the U.S.

Terrorism expert and investigative reporter John Rossomando joins Sara to explain how radical non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) are working to advance the agenda of Vladimir Putin and other far-left causes here in the U.S. They discuss how the NGO’s operate, how the media constantly fail to label them properly, and how college campuses are a breeding ground for dividing the nation and pushing us much further to the left.

Sara also unloads on the Biden administration for a very weak response to Iran firing missiles near our consulate in Erbil, Iraq, and for allowing the Russians, Chinese, and Iranians to work out the next nuclear deal while the U.S. isn’t even in the room. And she dissects the latest troubling report from Immigration and Custom Enforcement.

Trudeau Crackdown Against Trucker Protest Begins – Cancels Parliament Debate as Jackboots Begin Arresting Protestors and Removing Trucks

Trudeau Crackdown Against Trucker Protest Begins – Cancels Parliament Debate as Jackboots Begin Arresting Protestors and Removing Trucks

Developing Story.  Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau cancelled parliamentary debate today as federal police begin arresting protesting truckers and confiscating vehicles.  Trudeau did not want to face government while the operation to break the back of the freedom protestors begins.

Early this morning federal police assembled a convoy of heavy tow trucks to begin the operation.  The identities of the Tow Truck companies were masked by painting over the logos to avoid retaliation.  RCMP and Ottawa police then brought in Armored Personnel Carriers (MRAP’s and APC’s) to support the operation.

Media were told to leave the enforcement zone to help hide the optics of heavily armed RCMP tactical units began breaking the windows of the trucks and forcibly removing the truck drivers.  For the same reason popular social media YouTuber’s, who had been broadcasting livestreams, were arrested as the operation began.

The police are slowly moving down the road arresting people, removing the truckers and then the tow operations begin.

Canadian state media have been embedded with the Jackboots in order to show an officially approved video presentation to Canadian citizens.  The media are being directed and choreographed from the executive suites of Trudeau and the corporations.  There are a few citizen livestreams below:

CANADA – Police are clashing with protesters and making several arrests as officers move along Rideau Street toward Parliament Hill in downtown Ottawa as part of the operation to end the three-week occupation. Ottawa police were seen moving along Rideau just before noon ET, arresting several protesters and towing vehicles.

Police in high-visibility yellow jackets moved in large groups, several ranks deep, along Rideau blocking the road and slowly moving protesters toward the National War Memorial and Parliament Hill.

Behind those ranks of officers were tactical teams wearing green camouflage-type gear and carrying heavy automatic weapons. Police horses with mounted officers also moved toward the line of protesters confronting police officers.

The movement of police was slow and deliberate, inching along the road and slowing driving protesters into an increasingly smaller footprint.

Despite the heightened tensions, police said they continued to engage in conversations with protesters and regularly provided warnings, through social media and other means, indicating anyone in the “red zone” would be arrested if they didn’t leave. (read more)

Mark Steyn and Maxime Bernier Discuss the Current Totalitarian State of Canada

GBNews Host Mark Steyn outlines the current state of political affairs in Canada with one of the few conservative leaders in the country, Maxime Bernier.

Bernier leads the People’s Party of Canada and says he doesn’t recognize the country right now, as it is being run by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his hardline communist party sympathizers.  The Emergency Act is being used to target Trudeau’s political opposition, and the truckers along with their supporters are framed as the enemy of the government.

In the larger picture, COVID-19 has been weaponized as a tool for power by Trudeau and his minority party.  WATCH (prompted):

Trudeau Said He Admired China’s Dictatorship – They Should Have Believed Him

Trudeau Said He Admired China’s Dictatorship – They Should Have Believed Him

Justin Trudeau Said He Admired China’s Dictatorship. Canadians Should Have Believed Him

Justin Trudeau’s 2013 comment expressing his “level of admiration” for China’s dictatorial regime was a red flag on how he sees power.

By: Jon Miltimore

At a “ladies night” fundraiser in Toronto Canada in 2013, an up-and-coming politician was asked which nation’s administration he admired most in the world.

Wearing a pale blue shirt and a smile, the fresh-faced Liberal Party leader answered Communist China.

There is a level of admiration I actually have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to actually turn their economy around on a dime and say we need to go green, we need to start, you know, investing in solar,” Justin Trudeau told the group of women. “There is a flexibility that I know [Prime Minister] Stephen Harper must dream about: having a dictatorship where you can do whatever you wanted, that I find quite interesting.”

The comments drew fire, particularly from Canadians who noted China’s oppressive regime and documented human rights abuses.

“It seems to be that he’s not well-informed,” a member of a round-table told the CBC.

Nevertheless, the comments proved to be little more than a speed bump in Trudeau’s political ascent. In November 2015, Trudeau was sworn in as Canada’s twenty-third prime minister, succeeding Harper.

Throwing ‘Oil on the Fire’

Trudeau’s comments deserve scrutiny since he now finds himself in the global spotlight.

On Monday, Trudeau announced he was activating rarely used emergency powers in an effort to suppress the Freedom Convoy, a movement originally created to protest vaccination mandates for truckers crossing the US border that has morphed into a broader protest against COVID restrictions.

“The blockades are harming our economy and endangering public safety,” Trudeau said in a news conference. “We cannot and will not allow illegal and dangerous activities to continue.”

By invoking Canada’s Emergencies Act—which in 1988 replaced the War Measures Act—Trudeau can use federal law enforcement to assist provincial governments and expand its search and seizure of private goods that sustain the protest movement.

“We are making these changes because we know that these (crowdfunding) platforms are being used to support illegal blockades and illegal activity which is damaging the Canadian economy,” said Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, who used the word “terrorism” in her comments.

Trudeau also said he intends to use federal forces to support provincial forces.

“Despite their best efforts, it is now clear that there are serious challenges to law enforcement’s ability to effectively enforce the law,” he said.

The prime minister’s actions, however, drew criticism from civil rights groups, who accused the administration of engaging in undemocratic actions.

The federal government has not met the threshold necessary to invoke the Emergencies Act,” the Canadian Civil Liberties Association said. “This law creates a high and clear standard for good reason: the Act allows government to bypass ordinary democratic processes. This standard has not been met.”

According to Reuters, premiers in Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, and Saskatchewan also came out against Trudeau’s plan.

“We really don’t need to throw oil on the fire,” said Quebec’s Premier François Legault.

The Test of Power

Trudeau’s actions are indeed dangerous. Yet as American history shows, the line between a peaceful protest and criminal activity is not always clear.

The Boston Tea Party is fondly remembered as a patriotic action in US history, but I had a professor in college who suggested it was an act of “domestic terrorism,” a view not as uncommon as many would believe. The events of 2020 also showed how peaceful protests can sometimes spiral into something unpeaceful very quickly (or “mostly peaceful,” a euphemism for violent).

For many, unfortunately, whether a protest is legitimate depends less on which methods are being used and more on which cause is being championed.

I’m willing to bet that many people (rightly) appalled at Trudeau’s actions supported calls from Republicans for President Trump to deploy the US military in 2020. Conversely, I imagine many of Trudeau’s current defenders were among those (rightly) outraged at the idea the US military should be deployed on American soil to put down civilian protests, unrest, and violence.

What’s particularly troubling about Trudeau’s escalation of the crisis is that the protests in Canada have been peaceful. Now, whether intentionally “snarling” traffic is a legitimate form of protest is a fair question, since impeding traffic does infringe on the rights of others. But it’s a stretch to suggest it meets the definition of violence, and it can be resolved by local authorities without declaring a national emergency.

The events in Canada represent something much bigger than the truckers and Canada’s economy. As Martin Luther King Jr. saw, non-violent protest is one of the few tools people without power have to resist the injustices of those who have it. To respond to peaceful protests with more power is to completely miss King’s important lessons on non-violence.

But in Trudeau’s case, perhaps it should not surprise us.

In 1989, the Chinese government faced its own “blockade” as student-led demonstrations in Beijing attempted to impede the Chinese military’s advance into Tiananmen Square. Even though the demonstrations were peaceful, the Chinese Communist Party declared martial law and sent in the People’s Liberation Army—equipped with rifles, automatic weapons, and tanks.

Nobody knows for sure how many died in the Tiananmen Square Massacre. The Chinese government said 200. A source for the United Kingdom estimated 10,000. Fatalities aside, what most people remember is the image of a young man staring down a Chinese tank, whose driver refused to crush the brave protester before him.

Justin Trudeau, however, remembers something else. For him, China’s regime represented a dream: “a dictatorship where you can do whatever you wanted.”

Trudeau’s 2013 remarks do not mean he will crush civilians with tanks, of course. But they do indicate he has failed the test of power—and for politicians, there’s no bigger test.
