O’Keefe can sue the New York Times, but because of Section 230, which protects the tech giant from lawsuits, he would not be able to sue the techs for the same thing. They have immunity from lawsuits that other media do not have. Companies that sometimes produce incredibly harmful vaccines, also have immunity from being sued for any harm or death their vaccines cause. It’s nice to have incredibly influential lobbyists.
