FDA Authorizes CVV ‘Booster’ JABS for Small Children — Despite Known Risks

FDA Authorizes CVV ‘Booster’ JABS for Small Children — Despite Known Risks

FDA Authorizes Covid ‘Booster’ Shots for Small Children

Despite ‘Very Little’ Effectiveness and Known Risks

By Kyle Becker

The Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday authorized Covid-19 “booster” shots for small children ages 5-to-11, despite known reported risks from the vaccines and extremely small risk from the virus.

The FDA specifically authorized the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine.

“While it has largely been the case that COVID-19 tends to be less severe in children than adults, the omicron wave has seen more kids getting sick with the disease and being hospitalized, and children may also experience longer term effects, even following initially mild disease,” FDA Commissioner Robert Califf said in a statement.

These “long-term effects” are unknown for both the vaccines and the coronavirus itself. In addition, a recent study showed that booster shots offered “very little” protection for children in the 5-11 age group.

“Pfizer and BioNTech’s two-dose Covid vaccine provided very little protection for children aged 5 to 11 during the wave of omicron infection in New York, according to a study published Monday,” CNBC reported in late February.

“The New York State Department of Health found that the effectiveness of Pfizer’s vaccine against Covid infection plummeted from 68% to 12% for kids in that age group during the omicron surge from Dec. 13 through Jan 24,” the report added. “Protection against hospitalization dropped from 100% to 48% during the same period.”

“The team of public health officials who conducted the study said the dramatic drop in vaccine effectiveness among children 5 to 11 years old was likely due to the lower dosage they received,” the report continued. “Kids in this age group are given two 10-microgram shots, while children aged 12 to 17 receive 30-microgram shots.”

The CDC has conceded that there are heart inflammation risks associated with the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines — particularly for young people.

An Oxford University study earlier showed that the risk of myocarditis, a form of heart inflammation, is greater from getting ‘vaccinated’ with the mRNA shots than from contracting the virus itself. The study was originally published in Nature in December.

“This is the largest study to date of acute cardiac outcomes after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination or infection, the first to compare the risk of cardiac events between different vaccine products and SARS-CoV2 infection and the first to investigate the association between cardiac events and the ChAdOx1 vaccine,” the study stated.

“Our findings are relevant to the public, clinicians and policy makers,” the researchers note. “First, there was an increase in the risk of myocarditis within a week of receiving the first dose of both adenovirus and mRNA vaccines, and a higher increased risk after the second dose of both mRNA vaccines.”

The study included a chart that demonstrated the higher incidence rate of myocarditis for those under 40 years old, particularly after a second Moderna mRNA shot.

The Food and Drug Administration has also issued new restrictions on the single-shot Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine. The Johnson & Johnson shots are now limited to adults 18 years and older or for whom other COVID-19 vaccines are deemed not accessible or clinically appropriate due to the risk of blood clots.

“The FDA said its analysis had determined that the risk of thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome after the administration of the shot warrants limiting of the authorization,” CNBC reported.

“We recognize that the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine still has a role in the current pandemic response in the United States and across the global community,” said Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. “Our action reflects our updated analysis of the risk of TTS following administration of this vaccine and limits the use of the vaccine to certain individuals.”

The FDA had confirmed 60 cases, including 9 deaths, of the “rare but serious” blood clotting condition.

“The FDA temporarily paused the administration of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine last year after several reported cases of blood clotting,” UPI News noted. “At the time, all six cases were found in women between the ages of 18 and 48. At least one died.”

An MIT study also found that there was an increased risk of heart inflammation among 16-39 year-olds in Israel.

“COVID-19 vaccination was ‘significantly associated’ with a 25% jump in emergency medical services (EMS) for heart problems in 16-39 year-olds in Israel, whose vaccination rate is among the world’s highest, according to a peer-reviewed study by MIT researchers,” Just the News reported.

“While not establishing causal relationships, the findings raise concerns regarding vaccine-induced undetected severe cardiovascular side-effects and underscore the already established causal relationship between vaccines and myocarditis, a frequent cause of unexpected cardiac arrest in young individuals,” the study says.

In October 2021, some European countries suspended authorization for Moderna vaccines due to the increased risk of heart inflammation for young persons.

Scotland: Investigation After ‘Mystery’ Surge in Deaths of Newborn Babies

Investigation Launched After ‘Mystery’ Surge in Deaths of Newborn Babies

Health authorities say it’s not due to COVID infections

Paul Joseph Watson

Health authorities in Scotland have launched an investigation after a mystery surge in deaths of newborn babies, the second time the phenomenon has been recorded in the space of six months.

A report by the Herald newspaper highlights the “very unusual” spike in deaths of babies, with the alarm being raised after 18 infants died within four weeks of birth in March.

That same control limit was also breached in September last year, when 21 neonatal deaths were reported, the first time this had occurred since records began.

“The neonatal mortality rate was 5.1 per 1,000 live births in September and 4.6 per 1,000 in March, against an average of 1.49 per 1000 in 2019,” reports the newspaper.

null

Public Health Scotland (PHS) said the deaths could not have been down to chance, while the cause behind the previous spike in September also “remained a mystery.”

The report notes that vaccination uptake has increased in expectant mothers and that COVID infections during pregnancy are associated with a higher chance of premature birth, but found no “direct link” between COVID surges and the deaths.

PHS Scotland says COVID infections “did not appear to have played a role” in the September spate of deaths.

Edinburgh University’s Dr. Sarah Stock said, “The numbers are really troubling,” but admitted she didn’t know the cause of the deaths.

Army VVV-Mandate objectors stranded in ‘limbo’ apart from families, booted off base

Army VVV-Mandate objectors stranded in ‘limbo’ apart from families, booted off base

Army Vax Objectors stranded in ‘limbo’ apart from families, booted off base

Report: Legal Defense Group

By Greg Piper

Some service members requesting religious exemptions from vaccine mandates are separated from their families indefinitely, and a subset has also been kicked off base, according to a legal group aiding them and challenging the military mandate in court.

The Army is stalling religious accommodation requests (RARs) from service members seeking exemptions from the military’s sweeping COVID-19 vaccination mandate, leaving objectors in “limbo and frozen in time,” claims religious freedom legal defense organization Liberty Counsel.

“The Army will not process the RARs,” wrote Mat Staver, chairman and founder of the Christian nonprofit. “Instead, it is effectively holding hostage every military member who files an RAR, whether the member is in the states or in a foreign country. The Army hopes the pressure of being separated from family with their careers frozen will force the faithful to bow the knee to Joe Biden.”

Liberty Counsel shared a message April 29 from “Sheldon,” an Army service member who is stuck in South Korea even though his one-year “unaccompanied” tour ended in December.

“I’m being held hostage here, separated from my family, including my 9-month-old daughter who barely knows me because of my pending exemption request,” Sheldon wrote, adding that his wife’s “mental health is deteriorating” under the stress of indefinite separation.

Staver told Just the News his organization was working with about 1,100 service members and does calls every week to gather more stories.

One service member transferring from Hawaii to Florida is stuck without family in Alabama, a required training location before Florida, while an intended East Coast transfer who already sent a car and furniture is stuck in California and can’t live on base, according to Staver.

Army media relations officer Lt. Col. Terry Kelley told Just the News he couldn’t comment on a pseudonymous service member’s case, but wrote in an email he was “unaware of any policy directing unvaccinated Soldiers must reside off base.”

Given the Army’s response, Staver clarified “there is no written policy” but that Liberty Counsel has dealt with several situations where a soldier or couple was verbally ordered to leave the base and given no housing reimbursement, leading some to live out of their cars.

Staver said he would ask service members to provide any written explanations they were given for eviction for Just the News to review.

Kelley also shared Army vaccination rates and exemption request tallies as of May 5. Among 4,302 religious requests, eight have been approved and 927 rejected.

“They’re not denying anybody” the chance to appeal, just sitting on requests to avoid litigation, Staver said. By keeping service members in limbo and putting them on menial details such as “broom closet” work, the Army’s goal is coercing vaccinations, he claimed.

Send the Democratic Party into History — it’s got nothing left to offer America

Send the Democratic Party into History — it’s got nothing left to offer America

NEW YORK POST

The vital mission of the Republican-Right in November 2022 and ’24 should be to demolish the Democratic Party and relegate it to the Smithsonian, amid the Whig and Know Nothing parties.

The Democratic Party of JFK, LBJ and even Bill “Welfare Reform” Clinton is long gone. The Democratic Party of Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom has nothing positive to offer and deserves to be voted overwhelmingly into oblivion.

The Democratic Left has become purveyors of poverty, chaos, danger and death.

  • First-quarter GDP shrank 1.4% amid inflation, regulation, supply-chain snafus, barren store shelves, baby-formula rationing(!) and the Biden-Democrats’ anti-business bias.

Nominal wages advanced 5.5% year-on-year in April, but last month’s 8.3% inflation (a near 40-year-high) shriveled real wages to negative 2.8%.

Bloomberg reports that, compared to 2021, inflation will cost the average US household $5,200 this year, or $100 per week, for the same basket of goods. Biden’s five-steps-forward, eight-steps-back economy is making Americans poor again.

  • The Biden-Democratic-Left has unleashed chaos at the US-Mexico “border,” which 2,499,190 illegal immigrants breached on Biden’s watch (from Feb. 1, 2021, through March 30, 2022), versus 666,756 during Trump’s final 14 months — up 375% — as he installed 458 miles of border wall.
Border Patrol officers process a migrant family.2,499,190 illegal immigrants breached the US border under President Biden/Brandon Bell/Getty Images

Biden’s figure does not include an estimated 620,000 got-aways who invaded America without even greeting the Border Patrol. Also, 42 foreigners on the terrorist watch list tried to enter the United States during the Biden-Democratic Era, including 23 at the southern “border.”

Senator asks AG Garland why Madison anti-abortion center attack not Domestic Terrorism

Wis Sen Johnson asks AG Garland why Madison anti-abortion cntr attack Not Domestic Terrorism

Johnson highlighted ongoing protests outside the homes of the court’s Republican-appointed justices

By Ben Whedon

In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Wisconsin GOP Sen. Ron Johnson questioned why the Justice Department  has not labeled a violent attack on an anti-abortion center in his home state as “domestic terrorism.”

Pro-abortion activist group Jane’s Revenge last weekend targeted the Wisconsin Family Action clinic in Madison with Molotov cocktails, following the release of a draft opinion from Justice Samuel Alito suggesting the Supreme Court was poised to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade case that gives women the constitutional right to access an abortion.

He pointed out in the letter that the group has claimed responsibility for the crime and said, “This was only a warning… next time the infrastructure of the enslavers will not survive. … Wisconsin is the first flashpoint, but we are all over the US, and we will issue no further warnings.”

The Republican lawmaker also pointed out the FBI defines a domestic terrorism incident as an “ideologically-driven criminal act, including threats or acts of violence made to specific victims, made in furtherance of a domestic ideological goal that has occurred and can be confirmed.”

And he wrote. “Attacking a pro-life organization in a manner that could have injured or killed the office’s occupants due to differing political ideologies fits these definitions. … I am unfortunately compelled to write to you about this matter because DOJ has a track record of not prosecuting left-wing violence as we have seen with the summer of 2020 riots that occurred nationwide.”

He also cited the protests outside of the homes of the Supreme Court’s Republican-appointed justices, most of whom, according to the leak, have endorsed reversing Roe v. Wade.

“There are currently mobs outside of the residences,” Johnson wrote. “The intimidation of sitting Supreme Court justices is a clear violation of federal law, and, once again, DOJ, FBI, and [the Department of Homeland Security] have yet to condemn these activities. Compare your silence on these events to your robust actions against parents attending public school board meetings to voice their concerns about far-left ideologies being integrated into school” curriculum.

Fusion GPS Loses Its Fight Over “Privileged” Documents

Fusion GPS Loses Its Fight Over “Privileged” Documents

Fusion GPS Loses Its Fight Over “Privileged” Documents

And – how Joffe’s “privilege” can be overcome

By Techno Fog via The Reactionary

We’ve documented the ongoing battle to obtain Fusion GPS e-mails and documents in the Michael Sussmann case. At issue in the Sussmann case are 38 e-mails and attachments between and among Fusion GPS, Rodney Joffe, and Perkins Coie.

These 38 e-mails and attachments are among approximately 1,500 documents that Fusion GPS withheld from production to the grand jury based on “privilege.”

What Fusion GPS has to produce.

Today, the court in the Sussmann case made an important ruling and rejected, in large measure, Fusion’s assertion of attorney-client or work-product privilege:

Fusion GPS will have to produce these documents to Special Counsel Durham by May 16, 2022. What do these e-mails and documents contain? The court’s order provides guidance, stating they relate to:

Internal Fusion GPS e-mails discussing the Alfa Bank data and e-mails circulating draft versions of the Alfa Bank white papers that were “ultimately provided to the press and the FBI.”

Here are some examples of what these e-mails might include. These are privilege logs in Fusion GPS’s other litigation relating to the Alfa Bank hoax.

The other emails.

This leaves 16 e-mails and documents remaining. For now, Durham will not get them. These are divided into two categories:

  1. Eight of the e-mails involve internal communications among Fusion GPS employees. The court was “unable to tell from the emails or the surrounding circumstances whether they were prepared for a purpose other than assisting Perkins Coie in providing legal advice to the Clinton Campaign in anticipation of litigaiton.” Coming from the court, that’s a long way of saying that the sworn declarations of Fusion/Clinton lawyers (Levy and Elias) were sufficient to meet the “privilege” burden. This doesn’t mean that Durham can’t overcome this hurdle – just that it hasn’t been overcome yet.
  2. The other eight e-mails and attachments include those among Fusion GPS’s Laura Seago, Sussmann, and Rodney Joffe. The court observed that the e-mails are consistent with Joffe’s assertion of privilege.

With respect to the Joffe e-mails, we note that he is still a subject – perhaps a target – of the Special Counsel’s investigation. Here’s a portion of the transcript from an evidentiary hearing in the Sussmann case that discusses their ongoing investigation into Joffe:

Because the investigation into Joffe is ongoing, it makes sense that the Special Counsel is hesitant to disclose to the court information that could overcome this purported “privilege.” Keep in mind the crime-fraud exception, where communications are not considered privileged where they “are made in furtherance of a crime, fraud, or other misconduct” (citation omitted). In other words, the Special Counsel may still be able to get Joffe’s e-mails – assuming Joffe is charged under 18 USC 1031. He can also get them through the grand jury process, as we saw with Mueller’s investigation of Paul Manafort.1

I’ll also add that the fact that privilege applies to some of these documents strengthens the Special Counsel’s argument that Sussmann was representing a client when he met with then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016.

As to the e-mails and documents Durham will obtain, he cannot use them during trial. The court considered Durham’s efforts to be too close to the May 16, 2022 trial date to allow these e-mails and documents into trial. I’m not sure that matters. Sussmann is facing a false statement charge, and the court observed these e-mails are not “particularly revelatory.”

Finally, while “Court takes no position on the other approximately 1500 documents that Fusion GPS withheld as privileged,” we can assume based on this ruling that the majority of those documents would not be privileged. Durham will likely get most of them.

For those interested: After I wrote this post, New York Times reporter Eric Lichtblau filed this request for a protective order. Lichtblau will be called as a witness by Sussmann’s attorneys to discuss “communications between Mr. Sussmann and Mr. Lichtblau” – meetings at which Rodney Joffe was present (that confidentiality privilege was waived).

The Special Counsel has refused to limit Lichtblau’s testimony to that narrow topic:

Durham is taking this position because Lichtblau was in contact with Peter Fritsch (and Glenn Simpson) of Fusion GPS leading up to the 2016 election. Fritsch was feeding Lichtblau Fusion “opposition research” (what we might accurately call bullshit), and Lichtblau was at least somewhat receptive, though not salivating like Franklin Foer. These are relevant to the broader “media relations” strategy that Sussmann and Fusion GPS pursued on behalf of the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Here are the e-mails:

‘Ministry of Truth’ Previously Compared Free Speech to “Fairy Dust”

‘Ministry of Truth’ Previously Compared Free Speech to “Fairy Dust”

‘Ministry of Truth’ Previously Compared Free Speech to “Fairy Dust”

Hinting she doesn’t believe it should even exist

Paul Joseph Watson

The head of what has been dubbed the Biden administration’s ‘Ministry of Truth’ previously compared free speech to “fairy dust” during testimony about social media censorship in front of the UK Parliament.

Yes, really.

Nina Jankowicz, recently appointed DHS ‘disinformation czar,’ made the comments while providing oral evidence regarding the implementation of the UK’s controversial Online Safety Bill, which will ban legal content which has “the potential to cause harm.”

After agreeing that the government should set minimum speech standards which ban “misogyny,” Jankowicz blasted alternative social media platforms for supporting “freedom of expression and fairy dust.”

She also said that government-connected communications regulators such as Ofcom should “be able to establish the minimum standards that would be applied to all platforms and incur fines.”

“That could be based, again, on the preexisting terms of service,” she added.

Jankowicz also endorsed empowering governments to demand data on individual users from social media cites for the purpose of implementing further censorship policies.

“The social media platforms can do that if they are compelled to,” she said.

Jankowicz also asserted that social media platforms should utilize algorithms that would “allow us to get around some of the free speech concerns” by demoting content so few people saw it.

“You can shout in the black void, but you do not get a huge audience to do that,” she stated.

The comments are in line with previously statements made by Jankowicz when she revealed that free speech made her “shudder” while also promoting the lie that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation.

The disinformation czar also ludicrously cited Christopher Steele as an expert on disinformation. Steele was the author of the infamous Clinton campaign-funded Trump ‘peegate’ dossier’ that turned out to be an actual product of disinformation.

As we previously highlighted, Jankowicz previously demanded that “trustworthy verified people” like her be given the power to edit other people’s tweets, making Twitter more like Wikipedia.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)

Elon Musk Now Says Twitter Takeover is on ‘Pause’

One Day After Being Hit with Federal Investigation

Becker News

It certainly is odd timing. One day after Elon Musk was announced as the subject of a federal investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the billionaire tech CEO now says that his Twitter takeover is on “pause.”

Musk chalked up the temporary hold to a spam/bot issue that has been plaguing the Big Tech platform for at least a decade. On Friday, Musk announced that development:

“Twitter deal temporarily on hold pending details supporting calculation that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users,” Musk said.

Variety reported on Twitter’s bot issue —  and underscored that Musk may be wielding a bit of strategy:

Is Elon Musk getting cold feet over his $44 billion bid for Twitter — or is he trying to drive the price tag down?

Early Friday, the mega-billionaire tweeted that his deal for the social network was “temporarily on hold,” citing the need to conduct due diligence on Twitter’s claim that fake and spam accounts represent less than 5% of its active user base. He linked to a Reuters story based on Twitter’s latest quarterly 10-Q with the information.

However, that disclosure has been in Twitter’s SEC filings for years — literally since the company first went public in 2013. It’s right there in the Twitter S-1 registration statement: “We currently estimate that false or spam accounts represent less than 5% of our [monthly active users].” Since then, Twitter has regularly reported that same stat in its filings, updated for when it shifted from reporting monthly to daily active users starting in Q4 2018.

Twitter stock is already down nearly 10% on the news, representing approximately $9 billion in market capitalization. It follows Musk’s Tesla going down nearly a quarter in the last six months; but it jumped 5% on the day after the Twitter “pause” news.

Bots were only one of many issues that the CEO has highlighted at a Financial Times forum, where he also expressed his opposition to “permabans” such as the one carried out against former President Donald Trump.

“This is really the two-paid elephant in the room,” a Financial Times event host asked Musk. “Are you planning to let Donald Trump back on?”

“Well, I think there’s a general question of should… Twitter have permanent bans?” Musk replied. “And you know, I’ve talked with Jack Dorsey about this and he and I are of the same mind, which is that permanent bans should be extremely rare and really reserved for people where they’re trying to… for accounts that are  bots or spam scam accounts, where there’s just no legitimacy to the account at all.”

“I do think that it was not correct to ban Donald Trump,” Musk added. “I think that was, that was a mistake, because it it alienated a large part of the country, and did not ultimately result in Donald Trump not having a voice. He is now going to be on Truth Social, as will a large part of the… right in the United States.”

“And so I think this could end up being frankly worse than having a single forum where everyone can debate,” Musk went on. “So I guess the answer is that I would reverse the permaban. Obviously I’m not… I don’t own Twitter yet, so this is not like a thing that will definitely happen because what if I don’t own Twitter?”

“But my opinion and Jack Dorsey, I want to be clear, shares this opinion, is that we should not have permabans,” he added. “Now, that doesn’t mean that somebody gets to say whatever they want to say. If they say something that is illegal, or otherwise, you know, just destructive to the world then, then that there should be perhaps a timeout, a temporary suspension or that particular tweet should be made invisible or have very limited traction.”

“But I think permabans just fundamentally undermine trust in Twitter,” he added.

Twitter’s “safety” team obviously disagrees, which is one reason why a ‘bloodbath‘ at the company has been expected once Musk presumably takes over as temporary CEO.

“Elon Musk is planning to fire 1,000 staffers at Twitter as soon as his purchase of the social media platform is complete,” the Daily Mail reported. “It’s believed he will fire many of the firm’s woke staff following the transfer of ownership which will take around six months, after which Musk is likely to wield the ax. But then within the next three years, Musk anticipates making thousands of new hires, swelling the ranks to around 11,000 employees, up from 7,500 currently.”

“Numbers at the company would fluctuate rising to 9,225 employees this year before falling to 8,332 in 2023,” the report continued. “Then adding a further 2,700 workers by 2025.”

“Most of the jobs being shelved would occur during the takeover period, according to a pitch deck Musk presented this week to investors and seen by the New York Times,” the report added.

While Musk expects advertising revenue to decrease to 45% of total revenue by 2028, he plans for subscriptions to pull in the remainder of revenue — potentially adding another $10 billion.

Musk is now “expected to serve as a temporary CEO of Twitter for a few months after he completes his $44 billion takeover of the social media company,” CNBC’s David Faber reported earlier this week.

The Tesla founder and CEO has been “on the warpath” against the Woke establishment, reportedly even bringing the Big Tech platform’s Trump-banning chief counsel Vijaya Gadde to tears. She’s expected to be axed.

At the Meta Gala in early May, Musk talked to the AP about his plans for Twitter.

“Well, I mean, the goal that I have, should everything come to fruition with Twitter, is to have a service that is broadly — is as broadly inclusive as possible where ideally most of America is on it and talking!” Musk told the AP.

“I think just generally, the — I’m looking for something that’s like I said as broadly inclusive as possible, that’s as trusted as possible as a system, and I hope we are successful in that regard,” he continued.

“I’ve also vowed this publicly that we have to get rid of the bots, trolls, scams, and everything,” he added. “That’s obviously diminishing the user experience and we don’t want people to get tricked out of their money and that kind of thing.”

Bots and fake accounts partly explain why massive accounts like the NY Times and Huffington Post have millions of followers, but get a fraction of engagement on the average post, as say, Becker News.

Meanwhile, an SEC investigation into Musk’s Twitter buyout was announced on Thursday. Musk was allegedly late in disclosing that he had taken over 5 percent of the company, and the SEC requires stakeholders that pass such a threshold to notify other stakeholders.

“The SEC rule is supposed to allow existing shareholders to receive a warning that the company may be facing a buyout attempt,” Fox Business notes.

Ultimately, Musk may be forced to reach a settlement with the SEC, but alone would likely not constitute enough cause to block the sale.
