Situation Update – Biden Seizes Control Over Domestic Food Materials Using Korean War-Era Emergency Powers

Today’s Situation Update podcast is one of the most important of this year. It explains how the domestic food supply is being militarized and controlled by a corrupt, criminal regime in Washington D.C. that now threatens food security for all Americans.

Here’s what others had to say:

A “conspiracy theory” re. baby formula shortage, i.e. the covid vax’d mother’s spread/transmit to the newborn(s) spike proteins (i.e. the mRNA synthetic snake venom “structures”, etc) via breast feed (as well as shedding/jumping, etc – as per many scientists/doctors/researchers [ex. Dr Tenpenny, Dr Lee Merritt, etc] – more time will tell as the next generation begin to grow – infertility for future generations most likely too, etc).

The FDA is downplaying the infant homemade formula solution in the same way they have vilified early alternate Covid treatments. They are scaring people out of their your own formula, claiming it is dangerous and should not be done. Yet, the availability of commercial formula is inadequate. What a bunch of fools! Visit the westonaprice dot org website and learn how to make your own. I’m old enough to have been raised on cow’s milk long before anyone ever heard of commercial formulas made by “Big Food” manufacturers. Breast is best, but if that is not an option, take the proper precautions as outlined in the recipe and use the proper ingredients and you’ll be fine in spite of the FDA’s efforts to prop up Big Food profits.

There needs to be two websites where we can start compiling names of persons and entities. Of course this is going to be removed from the Internet once they begin the Orwellian book burning and criminalization of people spreading the truth. The first website needs to be a name of every entity who is pro freedom. We only support these entities. I will stop shopping at Home Depot and shop at a local pro freedom hardware store even if it costs more. This is what we all must do. We must absolutely not support these criminals if they agree with the globalist agenda in anyway and we must loudly speak out against them.
The second website is a list of every entity supporting the globalist agenda and most important the personal names and addresses of every criminal involved all the way up through governors and the fake president. With this information we must serve citizens arrests. We must get any man, woman, and child, who believes in freedom and has the kahunas to be a sheriff to take up the most respectable job in America now which is a constitutional sheriff. We must stand together and start arresting these criminals. Are they going to say that all sheriffs are domestic terrorists and do away with the sheriffs department???

School Official To Host ‘Queer Youth Open Mic Night’ at Her Sex Shop

By RT News

A Washington state school board director plans to hold an event for children at her ‘all-ages’ sex shop.

A school board director in Washington state, who also happens to own an all-ages sex shop, plans to host an event for children called “Queer Youth Open Mic Night” at her store.

Jenn Mason, who is serving in her fifth year as a member of the Bellingham Public Schools board of directors, will hold the June 1 event at her store, called WinkWink Boutique, also located in Bellingham. All queer youth aged “0 to 18 years old” are invited to perform at the gathering by sharing poetry, music, or a story, according to a posting on the shop’s website.

“Celebrate youth pride,” a Facebook post for the free event said. “Come share and hold space for this celebration and stage for young queer voices in our community.”

WinkWink touts itself as a “woman-owned, identify-inclusive sex shop” where “we celebrate sexual expression and exploration, banish shame and help our customers to better love themselves and others,” according to the shop’s website. “We believe that normalizing, accepting and affirming all bodies, identities and gender experiences is an inherently political act. Pleasure is our revolution.”

Other special events this month at WinkWink are entitled “Non-Monogamy for Newbies” and “Rewire Your Desire.” Mason bills herself as a “sex coach, educator” and “unapologetic pleasure advocate.” She offers private sex coaching to her clients, addressing such troubles as difficulty with orgasm and “pleasing yourself or a partner.”

Bellingham Public Schools describes her qualifications rather differently on its website, saying she’s a “small business owner working with nonprofit organizations and government agencies on resource development, communication and events.” The school district notes, too, that she “worked for 15 years on behalf of families and children, including as a community educator and trauma counselor in public schools throughout Whatcom County.”

Mason told Seattle radio host Jason Rantz that the “Queer Youth Open Mic Night” was unrelated to her role as a school board member and that children would be separated from the area of her shop featuring graphic sex toys. Rantz was unconvinced, saying, “The sex shop isn’t living up to its promise to be ‘inclusive, never creepy’. This event is inappropriately inclusive and extremely creepy.”

The school district is trying to distance itself from the event. A district spokesperson told Fox News that the “community event is not sponsored by our schools or school district.”’

Twitter Engineer Recorded Saying ‘Commie As F–K’ Staff ‘Censors the Right’

By Lee Brown

A senior Twitter engineer has been secretly recorded admitting that the social media giant is “censoring the right” — and that he and his co-workers are “Commie as f–k.”

“Twitter does not believe in free speech,” Siru Murugesan said in a series of hidden-camera clips released late Monday by Project Veritas.

“Elon [Musk] believes in free speech,” added Murugesan, who claimed that many of his colleagues “hate” what might happen if the Tesla founder’s on-hold $44 billion takeover goes through.

“Some of my colleagues are like super left, left, left, left, left,” said the engineer, adding that many have threatened to quit if Musk takes over and enforces his free-speech model.

“Our jobs are at stake — he’s a capitalist, and we weren’t really operating as capitalists, more like very socialist,” Murugesan said. “We’re all like Commie as f–k.”

“‘I think it’s just like the environment, like you’re there and you become like this Commie — they call it ‘Commifornia,’” he said of staffers’ nickname for woke California.

“Twitter does not believe in free speech,” Siru Murugesan said.

Murugesan was also filmed admitting that the company’s left-wing slant directly affects content on the site.

“I don’t know [if] the two parties can truly co-exist on one platform,” he suggested.

According to Murugesan, right-wingers are more likely to tolerate abusive messages while those on the left will simply refuse and quit the site.

“We’re actually censoring the right, and not the left,” the engineer was recorded saying, later adding: “It’s true. There is bias. It is what it is today.”

Murugesan went on to say that while conservative voices were returning to the site en masse in light of Musk’s intended takeover, staffers have been “stress eating” and “worried for our jobs” after a prolonged period where “essentially everyone gets to do whatever they want.”

“If you’re not feeling it, you can take a few days off,” he was recorded saying. “People have taken months off.”

“Elon [Musk] believes in free speech,” Siru Murugesan said.

“I basically went to work like four hours a week last quarter,” he added. “And it’s just how it works in our company.”

Twitter did not immediately respond to messages from The Post requesting comment on Tuesday. Project Veritas also said the site had yet to respond to its requests for comment.

Elon Musk Wants SEC To Probe Twitter User Numbers

Elon Musk Wants SEC To Probe Twitter User Numbers

By Brendan Taylor

Elon Musk opened another front against Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal on Tuesday, asking the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to investigate whether Twitter’s claim about its user base is true.

Elon Musk mentions SEC on Twitter

Responding to a follower who stated that if it is discovered that Twitter lied in the official filing, serious consequences and complete investor distrust await, Musk responded, “Hello @SECGov, anyone home?”

While Twitter stated in an SEC filing that less than 5% of its monetisable daily active users (mDAUs) are bots, Musk believes the number is four times higher.

Musk has now launched a poll among his over 93 million followers to prove his point.

“Twitter claims that >95% of daily active users are real, unique humans. Does anyone have that experience?” he posted.

A user replied: “I have to think @elonmusk knew this was the case before he moved on Twitter. If Twitter lied about how many actual users they have to the SEC, we’re looking at a company that has perpetuated fraud on its shareholders and advertisers. Big trouble for the Twitter commies.”

“Absolutely,” replied Musk.

“Seems like Twitter should welcome external validation if their claims are true,” he added.

Musk previously stated that the $44 billion Twitter deal “cannot proceed” until Agrawal provides the exact bot numbers.

Musk stated in a series of tweets that the CEO publicly refused to show proof of less than 5% bots.

“20 per cent fake/spam accounts, while 4 times what Twitter claims, could be much higher. My offer was based on Twitter’s SEC filings being accurate,” Musk wrote.

Parag vs Musk

“Yesterday, Twitter’s CEO publicly refused to show proof of less than 5 per cent. This deal cannot move forward until he does,” he added.

Musk stated at a conference in Miami that Twitter could have at least four times the number of fake accounts revealed in its filing.

Musk went after Agrawal on Monday after the Twitter CEO went into greater detail about how the microblogging platform combats spam and fake accounts.

On his Twitter account, Musk even sent Agrawal an emoji depicting a “pile of poop.”

Newly released tax filings revealed how Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors used charity funds to pay her friends and family large sums for various ‘consulting’ services, as well as charter a private flight.

The documents reveal that BLM paid a company owned by Damon Turner, the father of Cullors’ child, nearly $970,000 to help ‘produce live events’ and provide other ‘creative services.’

The co-founder’s brother, Paul Cullors, received more than $840,000 for providing security services to the foundation.

Leaders have attempted to justify the expense by saying the foundation’s protection could not be entrusted to former police professionals who typically run security firms because the BLM movement is known for vehemently protesting law enforcement organizations.

A consulting firm run by Shalomyah Bowers, who is BLM’s board secretary and has previously served as deputy executive director, was paid more than $2.1 million for providing the organization with operational support, including staffing, fundraising and other key services.

Cullors resigned from BLM last year amid a wave of scrutiny surrounding the charity’s finances.

She has repeatedly denied claims that she took money from BLM for personal matters and has reiterated that all the purchases and transactions – including a lavish $6million home in Los Angeles, dubbed Studio City – were legitimate.

The new filing also revealed that Cullors reimbursed BLM $73,523 for a charter flight for foundation-related travel, which the organization says she took in 2021 out of concern for COVID-19 and security threats.

She paid the foundation an additional $390 over her uses of the 6,500 square-foot Studio City property for two private events.

The latest financial disclosures come after Cullors had already come under fire for receiving a $120,000 payment – ‘consulting fees’ – by BLM.

The former BLM leader did admit previously that her sister, mother, and brother were employed with the organization.

The revelations come courtesy of a 63-page Form 990, the annual filing required for organizations to maintain tax-exempt status as a nonprofit.

This is the BLM foundation’s first public accounting of its finances since incorporating in 2017. As a fledgling nonprofit, it had been under the fiscal sponsorship of a well-established charity, and wasn’t required to publicly disclose its financials until it became an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit in December 2020.

In its latest 990, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation Inc. revealed that it ended the last fiscal year – from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 – with nearly $42million in net assets. The foundation had an operating budget of about $4million, according to a board member.

Nearly $6million was spent on the Studio City property, which includes a home with six bedrooms and bathrooms, a swimming pool, a soundstage and office space, was intended as a campus for a black artists fellowship and is currently used for that purpose, the board member said.

The foundation invested $32million in stocks from the $90million it received as donations amid racial justice protests in 2020.

The investment is expected to become an endowment to ensure the foundation’s work continues in the future, organizers say.

But still, after spending more than $37million on grants, real estate, consultants and other expenses, the BLM movement is still worth tens of millions of dollars.

Also raising eyebrows was the fact that during the last fiscal year, Cullors was the foundation board’s sole voting director and held no board meetings, according to the filing. Although that is permissible under Delaware law, where the foundation is incorporated, that governance structure gives the appearance that Cullors alone decided who to hire and how to spend donations.

However, current board members allege that was never the truth.

‘This 990 reveals that (the BLM foundation) is the largest black abolitionist nonprofit organization that has ever existed in the nation’s history. What we’re doing has never been done before,’ said Shalomyah Bowers, who serves as the foundation’s board secretary.

‘We needed to get dollars out to grassroots organizations doing the work of abolition, doing the work that would shift the moral tide of this world towards one that does not have or believe in police, prisons, jails or violence,’ he said.

Bowers, whose firm received the lion’s share of money spent on consultants in the last fiscal year, hit back at the allegations that the foundation has a conflict of interest and said the last BLM board approved the contract with his firm when he was not a board member.

‘Our firm stepped in when Black Lives Matter had no structure and no staff,’ he said. ‘We filled the gap, when nothing else existed. But let me be crystal clear, there was no conflict of interest.’

The new filing also revealed paid the foundation $390 over her uses of the 6,500 square-foot Studio City property in Los Angeles for two private events

Controversy surrounding the organization’s finances has elicited probes by at least two state attorneys general.

Board members said they are cooperating with civil investigations in Indiana and Ohio, and they have turned over relevant documents to those authorities.

The foundation will launch a ‘transparency and accountability center’ on its website to make its financial documents available for public inspection, Bowers added.

Bowers was named as one of three members of BLM’s board of directors earlier this month.

He serves with board chair Cicley Gay, a communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, and ‘DZhane Parker, a member of BLM’s Los Angeles chapter whose work focuses on the impact of mass incarceration on families.

‘We are decolonizing philanthropy,’ Gay said. ‘We, as a board, are charged with disrupting traditional standards of what grant making in philanthropy looks like. It means investing in black communities, trusting them with their dollars.’

BLM’s disclosure filing revealed that nearly $26million, or 70 percent of its expenses, were grants to organizations and families in the last fiscal year.

Twelve BLM chapters, including those in Boulder, Colorado; Boston; Washington, D.C.; Detroit; Los Angeles; Gary, Indiana; and Philadelphia, received pledges for grants of up to $500,000. The family foundations created in honor of Floyd and others killed by police and vigilantes – Trayvon Martin and Oscar Grant – each received contributions of $200,000.

The Michael O.D. Brown: We Love Our Sons & Daughters Foundation, run by Michael Brown Jr.’s mother, Lezley McSpadden, was approved for a larger multi-year grant of $1.4million. A representative of the Brown foundation revealed an initial $500,000 had been received in 2021.

Among its larger grants are $2.3million to the Living Through Giving Foundation, a nonprofit charity platform that encourages giving at the local level; and $1.5million to Team Blackbird, LLC, a rapid response communications and movement strategy project that increases the visibility of movement organizations.

The tax filing does not reveal the foundation’s largest donors.

‘Transparency and accountability is so important to us, but so is trust,’ said Gay, the BLM foundation chair. ‘Presenting (donor) names after the fact, at this point, would likely be a betrayal of that trust.

Cullors resigned from BLM last year amid a wave of scrutiny surrounding the charity's finances. Controversy surrounding the organization's finances has elicited probes by at least two state attorneys general. Damon Turner and Patrisse Cullors are pictured together in 2019

The BLM movement first emerged in 2013, after the acquittal of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Florida. But it was the 2014 death of Michael Brown at the hands of police in Ferguson, Missouri, that made the slogan ‘Black lives matter’ a rallying cry for progressives and a favorite target of derision for conservatives.

BLM co-founders Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza and Ay Tometi had pledged to build a decentralized organization governed by the consensus of BLM chapters. But just three years into existence, Cullors was the only movement founder involved in the organization.

And in 2020, a tidal wave of contributions in the aftermath of protests over George Floyd´s murder by Minneapolis police meant the BLM organization needed much more infrastructure.

When Cullors revealed the windfall of donations last year, local chapter organizers and families of police brutality victims reacted angrily. Until then, the foundation had not been transparent with the most devoted BLM organizers, many of whom accused Cullors of shutting them out of decisions about how financial resources would be allocated.

YahNé Ndgo, an activist and former organizer with the BLM chapter in Philadelphia, said Cullors reneged on a promise to hand over control of the foundation’s resources to grassroots organizers.

‘When resources came in, when opportunities came in, (the foundation) alone would be the ones to decide who was going to take advantage of them, without having to take any consideration of the other organizers whose work was giving them the access to these resources and opportunities in the first place,’ said Ndgo, who organized a group of chapters that confronted the foundation over issues of transparency and accountability.

In a recent interview, Cullors acknowledged the foundation was ill-prepared to handle the moment.

The tax filing lists Cullors as an uncompensated founder and executive director. She resigned last year.

The foundation also paid nearly $140,000 in severance to a former managing director who had been at odds with local BLM chapter organizers, prior to Cullors’ tenure as director.

GLOBAL WARNING 2022

This is a MUST SEE video to really understand what is going on in the world today and what has been going on behind the scenes for a century. It is actually gut-wrenching and hard to wrap your mind around, BUT it is TRUE!!

Here’s what others had to say:

gquick8
Outstanding!!! Excellent video!! Thank you for all the effort…there is tremendous information, compelling reality, and references to back it up.
I pray every person sees the truth!

Starbalt
We need plain and simple info. No fear mongering. Just tell it like it is. 2 hours is a long time to watch for many who are trying to put food on the table and work all day. They won’t watch for hours why we are having family members not listen.

LusaKralosky
I still have friends and family members who think we will be going back to normal without a fight. They believe there is nothing new happening here. It’s mortifying on a grand scale.

tlcg2468
I know a lot of this is true because I’ve seen the references, even the stuff that seems far fetched, but the videos delivery will probably turn some away. The music makes this video hard to hear and also makes it seem it is nothing but fear mongering. Less music and more reference citing.

Mayo77
The comment is my truth, if you cant handle it that’s your problem not mine… snowflake. Your a bit too sensitive then you should go back to watching the highly produced “fake news” and “harvey wienstien” and “MGM” movies made by the elites of the world…if that’s what you “require” … the reality is “truth” sometimes maybe “ugly” and “imperfect” because its made by a few people and not backed by trillion dollar companies.. And no if THIS is what you feel the urge to have to write about on this film then yes you TOTALLY missed the point of the film. This film is about the INFORMATION it provides to the people… Sorry but if your not a part of the solution you just a part of the problem. This isn’t a blockbuster. its trying to spread the truth. If you cant handle or want to hide the truth you part of the problem and can piss off. We need warriors not you.

Zevazeva
This is a well researched and well put together video.
If, after watching this, you still take the vax, you know what is coming next. You are complicit.

Fundraiser today, May 14, at 4pm to 10pm PST in Ben Lamond. The other is in Palo Alto on May 20 for Children’s Heath Defense. RFK Jr and Naomi Wolf will be speaking there (I’m out of town).

Event for American Frontline Workers 4 Freedom.

In the summer of 2021 multiple Cities in CA simultaneously gave Firefighters, Police Officers and Frontline Workers a choice between Freedom and Force.  These humble and dedicated Men and Women, who serve our communities around the clock so we can have access to safety and life saving services, were forced to “Vaccinate or Terminate.”  Roughly 50% of the Firefighters said NO, so their Cities, Employers and County Public Health Officers made it mandatory and threatened their Paychecks, ultimately coercing a large percentage of our once Frontline Heroes into getting the C-19 experimental shots.  During this challenging time, multiple groups of Freedom fighters throughout CA and the USA, organized and established legitimate Non Profits which brought legal complaints against our local governments for overreaching and forcing unconstitutional mandates.

In San Jose, CA, Firefighters and Police Officers created, American Frontline Workers 4 Freedom, simultaneously in San Francisco, CA, Firefighters created Hold The Line SF Fire.  These brave Men and Women networked throughout CA with Firefighters in Los Angeles, where a large group of Firefighters established Firefighters 4 Freedom.  As it stands today these organizations are growing, they are organized, connected with all the great networks of American citizens upholding our Constitutional Rights and most importantly they have filed legal complaints in key Cities in CA in opposition to the Experimental Vaccine Mandates with their own time and money.

Unfortunately, Firefighters in San Francisco are being Terminated while Firefighters in San Jose are being placed on unpaid leave all causing Financial instability.

These Heroes have many ideologies in common, they for 1 are crazy enough to charge into harm’s way, while most of us run the opposite direction. The biggest struggle these First Responders face, they never ask for HELP.  This is why they have decided to Host an Advocacy and Fundraising Event on May 14th in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Disgruntled Former Skipper That Was Fired for Gross Incompetence Stoops to New Low, in Slandering a Super Yacht, Beached From Bad Weather in Yeppoon

By Gold Coast Review

Disgruntled former skipper that was fired for gross incompetence stoops to new low, in slandering a super yacht, beached from bad weather in Yeppoon.

According to a Facebook post, a disgruntled former skipper, that was fired for gross incompetence, stoops to a new low  in his grudge in slandering a super yacht, beached from bad weather in Yeppoon.

A former skipper, Richie Cunningham, of Richies luxury Boating, in a desperate bid to attract followers for his struggling enterprise, tries to slander a super yacht beached from bad weather in yeppoon. He purports  to be a competent skipper in his marketing,  who was hired briefly in the past, but allegedly could barely even park a boat.
It brings into question, how some skippers even attain a license to operate larger boats, as the same license for small boats can be used for larger ones. The former sacked skipper has allegedly damaged several  boats L, after claiming to be a competent skipper yet allegedly not.

One industry insider said that boat owners need to be careful when hiring a skipper, as just because they have a license, does not mean they are competent in driving a Boat, especially larger ones.
Legal action is reportedly pending against Richie Cunningham for misleading a boat owner  into believing he was a competent skipper, when allegedly in reality his standards of operating a boat is equivalent to that of a tinnie operator.
The industry insider said, there should be a blacklist database for incompetent operators, so other boat owners do not suffer such damages from their negligence, and skippers often walk away from causing damages scott free leaving owners to suffer large financial losses.

Richie Cunningham was seen on his Facebook post standing on the beach in Yeppoon, with the beached Superyacht in the background, that he was slandering, close to the washed ashore tender from the Superyacht . Locals  had reported  the motor had been stolen and looted. We are not stating that Richie Cunningham, the disgruntled former skipper, who was sacked for gross incompetence, and holds a grudge to this day, was involved in the theft of the motor from the tender, and looting of the Superyacht. However, it is being reported to the Police for him and other suspect  to be investigated.
