Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo asked them a simple question. They ignored it, responded with a “safe and effective sales pitch,” and accused him of spreading misinformation.

Executive summary
Rather than directly answering Dr. Ladapo’s questions, the heads of both agencies sent him a “safe and effective” sales pitch. They also accused him of spreading COVID misinformation.
Ladapo correctly pointed out a huge issue with the narrative. If the vaccines are really as “safe and effective” as claimed, why are the VAERS reports off-the-charts?
Something is seriously wrong. Both agency heads should have acknowledged the discrepancy and investigated. If they had done so, they would have found other “discrepancies” such as the over 700 safety signals (including death and stroke) that were triggered in VAERS that were never explained or reported to the public.
They should both be fired. Both agencies are responsible for public safety, yet their heads cannot directly answer even the most basic safety questions about the vaccine. They must deflect instead.
Unfortunately, Congress is looking the other way on all issues related to vaccine safety. After all, it was Congress who pushed the vaccine on the public. So Congress is not likely to investigate the issues with the FDA/CDC anytime soon.
My fellow Substack writers also mocked the FDA/CDC response.
Introduction
Three weeks later, on March 10, the FDA/CDC wrote back a response that sounded like a “sales pitch” for the vaccine. They also criticized him for spreading vaccine misinformation (i.e., they tried to gaslight him).
The FDA/CDC didn’t even attempt to directly address his concerns in their response. They avoided the numbers he cited like the plague. They changed the topic instead of addressing his very legitimate concerns.
This just shows you how corrupt the top officials of both organizations are. They can’t answer simple questions without changing the subject.
Here’s the response that they should have sent
Hey, thanks so much for writing and bringing this very important data anomaly to our attention.
To be honest, we both have always admired you from afar. We are huge fans of the work you are doing in Florida to expose the truth about the COVID vaccines!
In particular, you demonstrated great courage and initiative in designing and executing a study in your state that proved the vaccines are unsafe and should be stopped. We wish other public health officials were as responsible as you have been and took the initiative to double check our work instead of just believing everything we say at face value. After all, we’ve been pretty much wrong about everything COVID related, so it only makes sense to be very suspicious about anything we recommend. In fact, to be honest, we even joke to our friends privately that if Americans just listened carefully to everything we said and did the opposite, they’d be much better off. LOL!
In your particular case, you are absolutely right to point out that there is simply no possible way that there could be so many VAERS reports if the vaccines are safe and effective.
Let’s dive into how we arrived at that conclusion.
There are really only three possibilities here for your seeing a disproportionate number of VAERS reports:
- Fraud and/or gaming
- Higher propensity to report, but ONLY for the COVID vaccines (and not for any other vaccines during the same period)
- The vaccines are unsafe
To be perfectly honest, there is no evidence for #1. Not even David Gorski is making that argument.
With respect to #2, we have to wonder: “Why would people overreport for the COVID vaccines and not for any other vaccines in the same time period?”
We have no evidence of a higher propensity to report for any other vaccine. We even had an independent market research firm survey healthcare workers and they found an unchanged propensity to report. Human behavior is simply very hard to change; no surprise! So that wasn’t it.
In addition, we checked directly with doctors we work with and told them we wouldn’t have their license to practice medicine revoked. Note that usually we don’t offer that, but this time we really wanted to know the truth.
They all told us that they’ve never seen anything like the side-effects from these COVID vaccines before. In fact, we talked to one neurologist in California and she had over 1,000 of her 20,000 patients who reported new serious neurological issues shortly after getting the vaccine. That isn’t overreporting because she only filed 2 VAERS reports, not 1,000. In 11 years, she’s never needed to make a single VAERS report; this year, she needed to make 1,000.
We are left with option #3: The COVID vaccines are super dangerous.
So yes, upon investigation, you were right. The reason for all those reports is because the vaccines are simply not as safe as we told people. In fact, they are downright dangerous. This was recently acknowledged in the scientific peer-reviewed literature: “An abundance of studies has shown that the mRNA vaccines are neither safe nor effective, but outright dangerous.”
We’ll also let you in on a secret that we haven’t told anyone. The vaccine doesn’t protect you from dying from COVID at all. We made that up because we had to say something. For example, in this paper published in JAMA, the death rates for vaxxed and unvaxxed patients who got COVID were similar and the differences were not statistically significant. Look for the sentence, “Death occurred in 9 of 142 (6.3%) vaccine breakthrough cases and 91 of 1055 (8.6%) unvaccinated patients with COVID-19.” You have to do your own Fisher exact test calculation yourself and you will find a p-value of .42 which as you know means the differences between the groups were not even close to being statistically significant. And that was the best study we had.
Also, check out this graph showing that it’s actually making things worse: the more you vaccinate, the more people die from COVID. So you were right!
However, if we admitted that you were right publicly, this would make the HHS agencies look silly and it would destroy trust in the agencies, the medical community, Congress, the mainstream media, and local health officials. So we simply can’t do that. It’s nothing personal. It’s just how the game is played. We hope you understand.
So that’s why we’re going to publish a sham letter where we ignore your question (because we can’t answer it), deny everything, and accuse you of spreading misinformation. After all, we want to keep our jobs.
Please keep this letter between us. If it gets out, we’ll deny we sent it. But we just wanted to let you know we appreciate you and that you were right. We just can’t admit that publicly right now. We have to make you look bad. I hope you understand and appreciate the position we are in.

Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel told his employees before it was declared that a pandemic was going to happen in 2020. At the same time, he told staff that Moderna would need to make a billion doses of vaccine the “next year.” He also confirmed that the CEO of GAVI knew about his pre-pandemic conversation with Moderna staff.
The conversation took place before the world knew about the covid “pandemic.” The World Health Organisation (“WHO”) only declared the “novel coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak a global pandemic” on 11 March 2020. “There are now more than 118,000 cases in 114 countries, and 4,291 people have lost their lives,” WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus claimed.
Bancel made the startling revelations during an appearance on a panel discussion on 18 January at the World Economic Forum’s Davos 2023 meeting. The panel discussion was hosted by Euronews. Another panellist was GAVI CEO, Seth Berkley. Bancel was asked about the development, adoption and scaling up of the covid “vaccine” for different variants and subvariants. He responded:
“As Seth knows, when the pandemic happened Moderna made 100,000 doses in 2019 for the whole year.
“And I remember walking after that into the office of Moderna manufacturing and I say: “How we make a billion doses next year?” And [you/they] look at me a bit funny say: “What?” I said: “Yeah we need to make a billion doses next year, there’s going to be a pandemic.”

Although it’s not clear if the pre-pandemic conversation with staff took place, in late 2019 or early 2020, it is clear that it took place before 11 March and the rest of the world knew about it, including Moderna staff.
The second statement noted above implies that both Bancel and Berkely knew beforehand that there was going to be a pandemic declared and that Moderna would be supplying at least a billion doses of a “vaccine.” So pre-pandemic, Moderna already knew they would be given contracts to supply at least a billion doses of “vaccines.” Moderna also knew that the “vaccines” which were still to be developed, apparently, would be manufactured “next year” – developed and trialled within one year. And those “vaccines” were, supposedly, for an unknown virus for which the lethality, number of cases and infection rate could not have been known.
However, the “fact-checkers,” as well as social media users, focused on the first statement and ignored the second.
A Boston-based nurse, James Cintolo, tweeted a one-minute video clip of the Davos 2023 panel discussion on 7 February 2023 which focussed on the first statement (see the end of this section). By 10 February, when AFP USA wrote their “fact-check” article, the post had been retweeted some 13,000 times. “But the online posts, which feed into baseless claims that the pandemic was planned, misconstrue what he said about Moderna’s vaccine production,” AFP USA wrote while debunking the claims being made on social media.
Social media users claim Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel told a World Economic Forum (WEF) panel that the company produced 100,000 doses of its Covid-19 vaccine in 2019, prior to the pandemic. This is false; Bancel was referring to all shots produced by the American pharmaceutical company, he confirmed to AFP, noting that its Covid-19 jab was not developed until 2020.

According to AFP USA, the footage accumulated more than 570,000 views and spread to other platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The claim was also circulated in Spanish.
However, what the “fact-checkers” AFP didn’t address was that Bancel said: “we need to make a billion doses next year, there’s going to be a pandemic.”
So, while it’s correct that the original tweet did misrepresent Bancel’s remarks, AFP ignored the elephant in the room. AFP did however admit that Moderna started developing its covid “vaccine” in 2019. This could lend weight to Bancel’s pre-pandemic conversation with staff – that “there’s going to be a pandemic” – taking place in 2019.
Below is the tweet AFP “fact-checked.” Note where the one-minute video clip that went viral cuts off – at the most damning remark, as if it was inconsequential.

Sometimes we have to wonder if these video clips are pushed out by the “fact-checkers” themselves, or their network, so they can debunk lesser information and in so doing cover up the pertinent information that they aren’t able to debunk. In other words, as damage control.
Who is AFP Fact Check?
AFP Fact Check is a department within Agence France-Presse (AFP). They are an International Fact-Checking Network (“IFCN”) fact-checker. IFCN “promotes the excellence of fact-checking to more than 100 organisations worldwide” and is “dedicated to bringing together fact-checkers worldwide to support the growing number of initiatives.” Facebook, for example, partners with “fact-checkers” who are certified through IFCN.
IFCN is owned by The Poynter Institute for Media Studies. Poynter is also the home of Craig Newmark Center for Ethics and Leadership, PolitiFact and MediaWise. On its website, Poynter lists its significant funders who contributed $50,000 or more. Sources are organised by area of support and listed alphabetically. They include NBC, Newsweek, The Washington Post, Google, Meta/Facebook, Microsoft, TikTok and WhatsApp.
Media Bias Fact Check notes that besides having contracts with AP, Reuters, and ITAR-TASS for exchange of news reports, AFP sells a domestic French news report to most of the world’s news agencies and provides its worldwide report to many of them.
In 1981, the New Internationalist published an article called ‘The Big Four‘ – referring to the ‘big four’ news agencies United Press International, Associated Press, Reuters, and AFP – in which they described AFP as “the only one which depends on subsidy from the government of its company – usually through official subscriptions by government offices. As a result, it is often regarded as the voice of the French government.”
Currently, AFP is supported financially by the French state and gets up to 40 per cent of its funding from the French government.

Over 24 people died in less than a year after the vaccines rolled out at this 114 room elderly care facility. Only 1 person died from COVID. What did the others die from? Nobody would return my calls.
Valerie Anderson was one of over 24 who died at BSL Clifton Hill in less than 12 months. Is this normal? Nope. NOBODY WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT. Don’t worry though. I’m sure there will not be any investigations.
Executive summary
Over 24 people died there in less than a year after the vaccines rolled out which is higher than I expected to see over a 12 month period. And only one person died from COVID. Did the others die from natural causes?
It all depends on the age mix of the facility. That’s something I wasn’t able to find out because nobody would talk to me. That makes me very suspicious.
But we can look at the ages of the people who died to estimate the expected death percentage. And when we do that, we find that it’s a younger than we would have expected based on the people who died.
So something is killing these people.
I want to find out what killed these people. Was it the vaccine? Or something else?
I want to know:
- What killed all these people?
- Why don’t they want to talk to me about it?
Simple. Is that too much to ask?

Here’s an interesting observation. The number of excess deaths in Australia is 20% over normal in 2022 based on the article I wrote just 16 hours ago (see How are they ever going to explain the excess mortality data in Australia).
So the numbers match up!
BSL’s reputation
People are dying. There are lots of excess deaths in Australia. What are they dying from? This is a matter of great public interest.
Investigating a typical nursing home can give us insights since the public health authorities aren’t releasing the record-level death-vax data.
What we know so far
Wait a second… The vaccine prevents you from dying from COVID, right?!?! Could it be that the vaccine made it more likely she died from COVID?
For all the rest I could find, nothing was said. This is normally how they do it. They don’t want anyone to know if they were killed by the vaccine.
What death rate should we expect to see?
More precisely, the number of people we’d expect to to see die a year at any facility is a function of the number of residents and the age mix of the residents.
The probability of death can be found in this table.
So if the residents are all 75 years old, we should expect to see 2.4% of them die a year. So if there are 100 residents, all age 75, we’d only expect to see 2 or 3 deaths a year. So over 24 would be a “surprise.”
If all the residents are 90 years old, it should be 12.8% per year, so 13 people.
If the residents are all 97 years old, it’s 24.9% a year, so 25 people.
I saw the pictures of the people who died. They didn’t average 97 years old. And none of the people who died were 97 or older. In fact, none of the people I looked up was over 90 years old.
That means that the estimated death rate we observed at this facility is 80% higher than normal.
This means we have a problem. Something is very wrong here.

Perhaps Steph was too busy with other media inquiries? Or they are hiding something. I don’t think they are busy.
Summary
They are dying off at a rate that I estimate to be 80% above normal. So that might have something to do with the lack of communication.

Matt Vespa from Townhall.com reported Dr. Deepti Gurdasani, a clinical epidemiologist, contracted COVID-19. Guardsani had been vaccinated six times and always wore a mask even after the arrival of vaccines and treatments.
She represents the epitome of woke liberalism. Guardsani calls herself an intersectional feminist, uses pronouns in her Twitter bio, and considers herself an expert.
She is also the type of person who demanded healthy Americans surrender their freedoms to combat COVID rather than focusing on protecting the vulnerable.
After catching the virus, Gurdasani decided to write a lengthy Twitter thread. She expresses confusion over how she got sick and looks for scapegoats.
Gurdasani complains about her symptoms, calls doctors ignorant, and lashes out at Americans who are living normal lives.

No autopsies were done, my sisiter who works for HUSH MONEY PAYING FEMA handled the arrangements and they were cremated before I made it to Texas for their wakes in both cases. On both death certificates it says “Natural Causes” Jim died November of 2021 right after I was called a murderer by the pedophile in chief for not taking the shots that killed both my brothers, and ARE KILLING the sister who works for FEMA with kidney failure and her husband with stroke, they will not stop taking the shots. My sister who works for FEMA’s son is a doctor, he told me the night before Jim’s funeral when I asked him his medical opinion of the pedophile in chief’s murder accusation levelled at everyone too smart to take the death shots that I was guilty of manslaughter as he looked at the ground. That doctor nephew has now seen the abnormal clots and examined them for himself right before his Dad had a stroke. I have informed him of so much I informed him of the ebola study where remdesivir was halted over mortality, I informed him of the clot shots causing sudden death and that the protocol is overdosing people to death with midazolam I informed him of so much, I continue to inform him he is silent. He is not responsible for what he did not know but he knows now and he has to speak out. Wow. Finally, crystal clear government data shows the more you vax, the more likely you are to die from COVID. This is the OPPOSITE of what the US health authorities and the medical community told us.
**** WARNING ****
The FOIA request does NOT ask for COVID-related deaths and the results provided were not age-stratified.
Therefore, I am currently unable to replicate these results, even though the results are consistent with other data I have from other sources.
Clearly, the all-cause mortalities are up in New Zealand in 2022 vs. 2021 by 4,500 deaths. Yet there is a high vaccination rate (82% of the entire population of 5.123M people) which they claimed is why they only had 2,331 COVID deaths. So why so many all-cause deaths? Clearly there is something that is killing these people.
Stay tuned while I investigate how the age-stratified per capita numbers were derived. The sources were listed here in the lower left.
I’m writing this at 4am PST on 2/21/23. I have reached out to the author of the post and I’m waiting for a response.
In the meantime, from this data and other data, the vaccine is, at best, a “do nothing” as far as death rate goes and the UK numbers show it decreases all-cause mortality for all age groups, so the conclusion that it is a bad intervention remains true no matter what.

I wasn’t lying. The New Zealand government stats aren’t lying.
The CDC and the health authorities and medical community were all lying to you about the safety of the vaccine. The vaccines are doing exactly the opposite of what they said.
That’s what happens when you give advice based upon belief instead of reality. Had they embraced full data transparency since the start of the pandemic, we could have avoided all of this. Instead, they hid the records that we needed and urged everyone, including pregnant women and kids, to get vaccinated.

COVID-19 deaths started Feb 22, 2022 but most people were vaccinated before COVID came. Note how smooth the death rate is… COVID didn’t come in waves! A total of 2,331-48= 2,283 people died from COVID in 2022 in New Zealand.

It’s much worse than these charts indicate
What they don’t show you (because they only look at the risk of dying from COVID) is the rise in all-cause mortality and the number of people disabled and/or permanently injured from the shots. And they don’t show you the pregnancies that never happened, the 20X increase in perinatal deaths, or the dramatic drop in birth rates. So the chart shows an incomplete picture.
It turns out that the mortality and morbidity effects dwarf the negative impact on COVID deaths. But we don’t even have to go there to reject the vaccine.
The key point is that their claimed “key benefit” is not a benefit at all, but an increased risk. This makes it unconscionable for any doctor to support the vaccine.
Latest data from the UK shows that the vaccines increase your risk of death
Clare Craig found the same thing that the vaccine started off as having no effect, but then graduated to killing off the population at a higher rate as time progressed.

Summary
The more you vax, the more likely you are to be infected with COVID and the more likely you are to die from COVID.
But it doesn’t stop there: these vaccines also increase all-cause mortality and morbidity.
The COVID vaccines are a disaster and should be immediately halted for all age groups.
Which is what I’ve been saying since May 25, 2021 when I published my first “anti-vax” article on TrialSiteNews.
But now you have crystal clear proof from the Cleveland Clinic (COVID infections increased) and the government of New Zealand (COVID deaths increased) that I was telling the truth.
