“Labor is a government of the global elites, for the global elites. And with big pharma’s $500,000 in election campaign donations to Labor, it’s a government under globalist elites—the globalist predators: BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street.
Welcome to the facade that they have in front of them, apparently with the consent and aid of the Greens and with the Liberal-Nationals, who scored big pharma election donations of $500,000, another half a million bucks,” Senator Roberts said in an impassioned speech.
“Four hundred new mRNA drugs are in development. Two mRNA manufacturing facilities are already under construction in Australia alone. What did the drug companies know last year when they started construction of these plants? This bill is what they knew.

“This bill is what they knew.
“Separately on today’s Notice Paper is the Work Health and Safety Amendment Bill 2022, which, if passed, will require every business in the country to introduce vaccine mandates for their staff, for their people. Employers who do not will face savage penalties.”

If we can help to turn it around we will, otherwise our children will have nothing. Our investigations show there is no ‘government’ of the people for the people of Australia. The removal of the Crown from Australian Parliaments, followed by the incorporation of Parliaments aided by the Australia Act 1987 has left us with corporate government with policies not laws, that apply only to members of political parties and the public service. Anthony Albanese’s handiwork in abusing FOI laws is about to come under close scrutiny after the Senate voted to hold an Inquiry. Governments are notorious for abusing Freedom of Information laws to hide government corruption from the media and public and the Albanese government has quickly shown they are no exception.
I also have firsthand experience of the Albanese government abusing FOI laws in an application I made in August 2022 regarding the $18 million Australian Future Leaders Program fraud attempt by the GG David Hurley and others. But more on that in a minute.
The Senate Inquiry will focus on the resignation of FOI Commissioner Leo Hardiman which I regard as a constructive dismissal (Click here to read more) and resourcing for FOI applications and reviews. It is also reported the Senate might also look into the possible “creation of a statutory time frame for the completion of reviews”. (Click here to read more)
If a statutory time frame for the completion of FOI reviews is legislated then credit should be given to former Senator Rex Patrick as he is involved in court proceedings against the current government demanding better FOI compliance by government departments.
I published the below video (29/3/23) with further information on this matter.
Shane Dowling’s FOI application regarding the $18 million fraud attempt by the GG David Hurley and others
I decided to file a Freedom of Information application in August 2022 looking for information reading the $18 million Australian Future Leaders Program fraud attempt by the GG David Hurley and others. I used the Transparency Warrior FOI service, run by the former independent federal Senator Rex Patrick, which helps people with FOI requests.
The FOI application cost $275 ( paid for courtesy of people who donate to this website) but it was money well spent as Rex Patrick gave good advice on how to approach it. He sent FOI applications to the Finance, Treasury and PM&C departments on the 29th of August 2022 which meant they should have responded by the 28th of September 2022 which is the 30-day time frame they are meant to respond with documents. The fun and games started almost immediately.
Unknown to me, Twitter user Jommy Tee also filed an almost identical FOI application at the same time in August 2022 and I found out in October when he started publishing it on Twitter as per below because he claimed the old media had in effect ripped off their story without giving credit.
The documents that Jommy Tee received and were published online in September / October 2022 online are here: Treasury (and here), Finance and PMC FOI releases.
Finance and Treasury did hand over limited documents in relation to my request in September and October 2022. Click here and here for Treasury Department documents and click here and here for Finance Department documents.
But we were told that the PM&C had most of the documents and PM&C kept asking for an extension of time. After fun and games with the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet for 7 months, documents were finally handed over on the 20th of March 2023 here, here and here.
Why did Jommy Tee get his documents within the 30-day limit, or close to it, and I had to wait almost 7 months?
I never dealt directly with the government and they dealt with Rex Patrick for my FOI applications so to my knowledge they never knew I was behind the applications. As I say in the above video, I think the delay was because the government would not like someone like Rex Patrick putting in numerous FOI applications and taking them to court which Rex Patrick has.
But with the Senate Inquiry now afoot the government can’t afford the play games with Rex Patrick or anyone else from now on at least until the Senate Inquiry is over.
What should have been a simple investigation by me into the corruption of the previous government and Governor-General turned into a corruption investigation into the current government and their abuse of FOI laws.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and the government are digging a huge hole for themselves which will only get deeper with the Senate Inquiry. Anthony Albanese should have delivered on the government transparency he promised when elected and he wouldn’t have this problem now.

New study by an Aboriginal-owned firm shows most Queenslanders see the benefits and support the pursuit of Treaty with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
More than half of survey non-Indigenous respondents want to learn more about Indigenous culture, heritage and history.
The study provides evidence that Queenslanders are ready to walk together to true reconciliation.
Three out of four people (77 per cent) think Treaty will benefit all Queenslanders to some extent, exclusive research shows.
Almost two-thirds (64 per cent) of those surveyed about Queensland’s Path to Treaty agree that we need to acknowledge First Nations peoples as the original custodians of Queensland.
And 66 per cent of Queenslanders agree that all Queenslanders should know the truth of First Nations culture and history.

The Palaszczuk Government today (March 25) publicly released the Path to Treaty market and social research 2023 report summary, commissioned by the Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships.
More than 2,320 Queenslanders were surveyed state-wide about their attitudes towards treaty-making, First Nations culture and history. The survey results provide a statistical baseline to inform future engagement throughout Queensland on the Path to Treaty.
The study also shows more needs to be done to promote Treaty and explain truth-telling to engage all Queenslanders on the path to true reconciliation.
One-in-four (26 per cent) of those surveyed had heard of treaty and one-in-five (19 per cent) know what truth telling is.
Of the non-Indigenous respondents surveyed (78 per cent) have an average or lower understanding of First Nations culture and heritage while more than half (54 per cent) expressed a desire to learn more about First Nations culture and heritage.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships Minister Craig Crawford:
“It is extremely heartening to see the statewide survey found most Queenslanders see the benefit to Treaty in Queensland.
“It shows Queenslanders have got open hearts and open minds to the treaty process and most agree we acknowledge First Nations people are the original custodians of Queensland.
“Most of us want to know the truth about First Nations culture, heritage and traditions, and we want to learn more.
“But the study also shows we’ve got work to do to promote Treaty.
“It tells us we need to explain Treaty and Truth in bite-sized, digestible chunks of information.
“In my own words, a Treaty is a formal seal of goodwill, a peace pact, a negotiated agreement for a reconciled future.
“We have more than 120 different traditional owner groups in this state, so rather than one treaty, it’ll likely be treaties.
“But Treaty it is not Native Title 2.0. No-one is coming for your home or backyard.
“Truth is simpler. Truth is about unearthing the brutal bones of our frontier wars. Truth is talking openly about our modern-day reality. Truth is about us being courageous and curious.
“Path to Treaty is a chance for us to unite, in equality, and move forward with respect, dignity, and optimism.”

The Premier has up to 30 media spinners reporting to her, but her office won’t give details around a secret team of a dozen people in charge of curating her public image.
Annastacia Palaszczuk was forced to detail she has 18 full-time-equivalent media staff between her office and her department in a recent Question on Notice, but The Courier-Mail has been told a further 11.5 full-time equivalents exist in a separate digital team that reports to her office.
They include management, content, graphics, camera and video operators and special projects staff.
As reported by Sky News, a delegation of 22 Aboriginal leaders and community members from around Australia visited Canberra this week to voice their opposition to ‘the Voice’. Theirs was an unwelcome voice, however, with not a single member of the Labor Party willing to meet with them and hear their concerns.
The Voice of Aboriginal Leaders Ignored
Representing Fair Australia and hosted by Senator for the Northern Territory Jacinta Nampijinpa Price, the Indigenous delegation met with Opposition Leader Peter Dutton, Shadow Minister for Indigenous Australians Julian Leeser and Senators and Representatives from the Nationals, Liberals, One Nation, UAP and several independents.
In a telling display, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese had no time for these Indigenous voices, nor did Indigenous Australians Minister Linda Burney. Some of the delegates had travelled two days in order to visit Parliament House and make their voice heard.
Reflecting on these events, Senator Price asked,
Where was the Prime Minister?
Where was the Minister for Indigenous Australians?
Where was anyone from the Labor Party?
They didn’t have time for these voices.
Why? Because these voices weren’t saying what the Labor Party wanted to hear.
“Albo doesn’t want to listen to the Voices of all Aboriginal Australians,” Price added. “He wants to give his city-based mates a free run over the government of the day.”
‘Not All Black Fellas Think the Same About the Voice’
The delegates who visited Canberra this week have previously expressed their concerns that an ‘Indigenous Voice to Parliament’ will “wreck our Constitution, rewire our democracy, and divide Australians by race”. They hoped to tell federal parliamentarians that the Voice proposal will ultimately prove “divisive, dangerous, expensive and not fair”.
Speaking with Peta Credlin on Sky News, one of the delegates Cheryl Long said, “I came to tell them that not all black fellas think the same about the Voice. None of my family knows what The Voice is in remote communities.”
Campaigning with Fair Australia, Long has previously stated her view that, “The only voice we will ever need is the Australian voice. Let’s create unity and not division.”
Australia Already Has a $2 Billion Indigenous Voice
A day after ignoring the 22 Aboriginal voices that travelled to Parliament House, the Prime Minister and his Indigenous Australians Minister unveiled their proposed wording for the Voice referendum.
As announced, they plan to ask Australians, “A Proposed Law: to alter the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice. Do you approve this proposed alteration?”
However, Rowan Dean recently highlighted on an episode of Outsiders that an ‘Indigenous Voice to Parliament’ already exists in the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), whose stated purpose is to “lead and influence change across government to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have a say in the decisions that affect them”.
Funded to the tune of over $2 billion by Australian taxpayers, the NIAA has been instructed by no less than Australia’s Governor-General to “provide advice to the Prime Minister and the Minister for Indigenous Australians on whole-of-government priorities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples”.
In the words of Rowan Dean, “The Aussie taxpayer, always generous to a fault clearly, isn’t necessarily so flush with cash that we can afford two Voices, both basically doing exactly the same sort of stuff, give or take. And both costing us billions and billions of dollars.”
The inordinate expense of an Indigenous Voice to Parliament is one of four key reasons offered by Fair Australia to reject the proposal. Their other reasons include the race-based division it will exacerbate in the Australian community, the threat it poses to our nation’s democratic governance, and that despite its branding, it is not about Indigenous Australians but rather is “a jobs program for race activists”.

Belgian-made Minimi 5.56mm light machine guns will be prominent in a new military program of exposure to the public.
Meanwhile Brisbane ADF sources advise a host of new commanders has ordered the deployment of armed patrols in cities and towns and to be noticeable among the public in vehicles with mounted Minimi 5.56mm machine guns.
Troops now would be trained in heavier 7.62mm Mag 58 and a special forces training program has started. The military is ramping up.
The public should be ready for many more military movements in the suburbs and towns around Australia. –contributed

One of the few patriots left who understands the system and how it has been totally subverted under every citizen’s nose. There is no law, other than the Common Law. This fact will be borne out in the near future as numerous legal challenges in place now, come to a head soon.
Mooroobool ratepayer Frankie Hogan who gathered the signatures told the Cairns Post the decision to go cashless was discriminatory, impacts the vulnerable and was controlling.
“A lot of people are not happy about it. I meet elderly people who tell me ‘I only use cash,’” Ms Hogan said.
“Council need to realise we the people want to keep cash in society.”
A separate online petition to keep using cash for council services has gained 1000 signatures.
Cairns councilor Brett Olds said the decision to go cashless was made by un-elected operational staff and had nothing to do with the council.
“It beggars belief that a controversial move like this would be made at operational level and not voted on by the elected council, without proper community consultation,” he said.
“ We work for the people of Cairns, we don’t lord over them.”
This saga, removing legal tender from the hands of the people, does not augur well for the federal Labor and Liberal parties which have been manouvering in the background for several years to get rid of cash.
So-much-so that the former LNP government instructed the Reserve Bank to investigate the implementation of CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) in line with World Economic Forum policy to introduce digital currency world wide.
The RBA, as previously reported in Cairns News will soon release a paper detailing how best to remove legal tender to be replaced by plastic transactions for all commercial activity.
Deposed Liberal PM Scott Morrison introduced the cashless transaction bill in 2021 but it did not make it to the floor of parliament after extremely nervous Liberal and National backbenchers refused to support it.
The Labor government has said it will examine the RBA investigation’s finding with the view of re-introducing the cashless transaction bill later this year.
