On January 7, facing the increasing Omicron infections, Philippine President, Duterte, ordered the unvaccinated to stay-at-home in the Capital city, Manila, with only necessary shopping and exercise allowed. The order will affect about 13-million people and the violators will be arbitrarily arrested.
